Went to this Bank of America today hoping to get some help in changing my address, getting a new debit card, and adding new beneficiaries in our accounts. The gentleman that we spoke to did not really want to help us. He told me to do all those online in my app. Such a bad customer service. And tho think we’ve been a customer since 1991. I definitely thought of closing all my accounts there and opening in another bank with better customer service. So disappointed in Bofa
