Horrible customer service. We were assisted by Mireya which not only has cero customer service skills but a horrible attitude. She needs seriously retraining.

The notary was a no show for our initial appt so we complained. We rescheduled and met with her the next day and she was cold, clearly irritated and rude. Turns out, she filled out the affidavit INCORRECTLY. Her revenge complicated our lives for sure. Sad!

I'd like to give a big thank you to a very professional and courteous banker which would be Victor Lobos. I went in on a walk-in and he attended me right away and openned a checkings account in less than 30 min. He also discussed with me than many options bofa had for me and what was best for me. He also walked me through step by step on how to use the bofa mobile banking app. Five star rating for this bank and its staff. Very clean environment aswell.

Very poor service and punctuality. You have to wait past your appointment time. The lady doesn’t understand your need of getting paperwork notarized. Pleasant lady although difficult to understand her. Wouldn’t return here.

Really, poor customer service. Specially, I do have a business account/ the manager over there he was just gossip with his employees everybody over there they care less about your time and your business although I live 2 blocks away from so I have to go all the way down to 182nd St.in Torrance branch to get the better customer service over there.

Seriously everybody over there retrain again to provide a good customer service!

This Bank of America was great clean nice it's been here for a long time as you can see lot was clean and big plenty of parking the associates cashiers were very nice and attentive and I I had fun will I go back of course it's Bank of America

They deserve 0 star from 5. Today I went to well Fargo Bank it took me 2 minutes to make 2 transaction. I been waiting 50 minutes in line here at bank of america hawthorne and I'm one person away to see the clerk I guess my business going to other bank.

They took them 1 hour to help me for one simple thing just to give a new Visa card horrible service horrible people not friendly I will never come back to the bank

Only two tellers open on a busy Saturday morning with 23 people in line…no consideration or apologies by the bank manager in charge.

Lines are always too long and not enough tellers. Be ready to wait for an hour just to get service. Hire more people!

Closed 2 minutes early - thanks to guard.multiple people verified time, and of course was waiting for replacement card that is late, a lot of other problems with card stopped not given a temporary card anymore but phone at where told to call says yes they still privide? They do not know what is happening - guess they do not care!

Worst bank to go they are very slow take a lot of time Valeria told me to wait 45 min and I did and I was here for 2 hours and they couldn't help me don't go there employees are rude.

Very frustrated with opening an account missed my am appt due to wrong time had to be rescheduled then came in and still waited over an hour had to leave extremely frustrating
