9Bank of America branch closed on Thursday at 1: 55 pm. It's ridiculous that the two banks near Palm Springs are closed. What is going on with Bank of America?
What kind of a national bank, during a time when there's a coin shortage, tells a life long customer they have to go home and roll $500 worth of coins? It's 2022 and you don't have a coin counter machine that every State Bros has? Is this your idea of good service? Maybe, if it was 1955. Get it together.
Had a great experience. They were helpful, courteous and friendly. My Grandma loved them too.
The only thing I would suggest is a window cleaning service.
I came here for two consecutive days. I was late on the first day. I want to make an appointment for tomorrow. She said that there is no need to make an appointment to let me come early tomorrow. When I came back the next day. I have been waiting for 30 minutes. At this time a mother and daughter came. Sit down for about a few minutes. The lady staff in suits came to greet them on their own initiative. Then she received me. And told me to wait another hour. I am not so happy. She said that she could make an appointment for me until the next week.and then I left in disappointment. Nothing was done.
The ATM got 2 stars. Going in the bank is horrible. The teller's are openly hostile. I don't understand why they hire people who do not like people. I always have to wait longer with the teller than I waited in line which is usually at least 15-25 minutes. The manager is the problem.she lets the teller's run the show. Everyone who works here needs retained or fired.
The worst customer service ever. Never enough tellers. This is my eldery father's bank. I would never bank there. Wells fargo does a much better job. HORRIBLE BANK!
Good branch. Clean. Tellers are cheerful and professional. Conveniently located at shopping center.
Only one or 2 tellers first few days of the month that when it the busiet in the morning long lines
11 people on the line, finally got to the window, turned in check for cash,
the teller called manager for verification, manager told me to wait, then she was talking to customer with holding my check and id. 10 minutes later she came out and saying, 'I had to do some research but had to take care of my customer first' I was like 'what about me? I'm not a customer? ' She was rude, and super UNPROFESSIONAL. That's why I've closed my account long time ago. DO NOT GO THIS BRANCH!
