Worst customer service I've seen. Paulina Villalobos the manager was rude and uncaring.
I've been with B of A for 27 years.
They just lost a customer.

Other BOA have tellers/“staff” who will help to bring the long traffic of a line down. This particular branch always seems understaffed, and what few staff do show up for their shift are mostly ignoring customers-not greeting or welcoming any of us- and just today, I watched a staff member play in her phone or watch videos, and not once offer an apology for the long line or long wait, there was about 30 plus people with only 3 windows open to offer banking assistance

The hours are very restricted.bank of america take the excuse of covid 19.but it makes it worse.the line inside is on average 20 people long.how does it help with covid19?
extending the hours at the contary would help.their strategy sounds more as a way to skim staffing

Bank of America at its absolute finest. 15 people in line, 2 tellers in the middle of the day. Then, just because it has to be a hassle for no reason, if you have YOUR MONEY loaded onto THEIR CARD (ISSUED BY EDD), they won't allow you to pull more than 4k in a day! Ludicrous. I had to buy a vehicle and needed to pull much more than that, and even the "manager" wouldn't approve it.

And then the GALL to ask me if I would like to open and account there. Lmao. I would NEVER bank with that bank, they are always horribly understaffed, and act like they don't care.because they don't.

Wow, never fails. The staff at Bank of America are so slow. Is it because there lazy? I think so.

Great customer service from tellers and their bankers. A client needed help at the ATM because she didn't understand how to use it and they went above and beyond. They've helped my wife and I manage our finances and strengthen our credit. Thank you very much.
