I wanted to give Bank of America five stars, but I don’t. They automatically closed my check and saving account due some type of fraud or something. I was login to my Bank of America app on my phone perfectly fine until Tuesday. That check and saving account was my mom help me open that account. I want to request to keep my checking and saving account remains open, but they told me that I’m no longer to open an checking and saving account with Bank of America no more, and was told to go other bank to open an checking and saving account. All of my parents and family have a checking and saving account at Bank of America, and I want to stick with my family.

NO STARS! Worst customer service experience from Daria. Completely rude. She stated “ are you going to let me finish talking? ”, when my husband asked her a question then she finished with the exact thing he was going to ask. We deposit money weekly for years, now I’m rethinking if this is this the best bank for us given the customer we’re paying for. I also asked for her name, her response was “can’t you see it on my tag? ”, well I would have only her sweater was covering it. Her supervisor Michelle will definitely be getting a call from us. This is the Ben holt location.

Greg Lopez did great job helping my in-laws. He was very patient and took his time to help us out. Very happy with our experience.

Terrible service. I have called 5 times this morning to speak with a manager after my experience with a teller at this location. I was given damaged bills from the BofA ATM and had to go in, in order to get proper bills that I could actually use. I was helped by someone named “Sue”, the name she gave me. Not sure if that was actually her name because when I first asked for her name she didn’t want to give it to me, she was also not wearing a name tag. She asked “where did you get these? We would not give these bills” and I responded where, and which ATM which I’m sure she could have seen if she looked in to my account. She made it seem as if I was not telling the truth and got snappy with me after asking me where I got the money. She proceeded to be extremely rude throughout the duration of helping me so I asked for her name which like I said, she at first refused to give. As I was walking out she says to me “you’re rude”. What kind of service is this? That’s no way to treat a customer, ever. Terrible experience, 0/10.

Very poor customer service. Racism bank teller.
I was there today to make a transfer from my mom's account to mine.they asked many questions about what we would do with the money.we answered and they kept asking. Saying that they just making sure was not a scam! Just because my husband it's black and he was with us making the transfer. This is not the first time. The manager keep asking same questions.

I was there this morning and I had some problems I requested to talk to the manager but no one showed up. I was end up close my account because my issue wasn’t resolved. I was banking with them since 2000. Teller was very rude. Manager didn’t care either.

Bank of America as a whole needs to be shut down. To much fraud and discrimination towards accounts. I’ve been getting unwanted calls by an account manager next thing you know my account settings have been changed without my knowledge.

Teller was very rude. I’ve never been to a bank that couldn’t give me all $20. She told me that’s what ATM are for you can’t get all $20 inside the bank. I don’t know her name cause she didn’t have a name badge on or anything at the window she was working. I know we are going COVID right now but a lot of us go inside the bank for a reason this make me not want to be a member with this bank anymore. I’ve been banking with you guys for over 5 years.

Michelle the manager at this branch was unhelpful. ATM gave me less money then the amount I requested to withdraw from the machine. I was missing $20, (Middle ATM). I walked in & no clerk was present so I told the security guard, he said “oh was it the middle ATM” which means there have been previous issues on that same machine. I then waited 5 mins or so for a clerk or manager. She said I have to call customer service & make a dispute. No help & claimed all the bankers were busy when I asked someone to be atleast present when I call since it was their location. Was very rude no help. Once I asked for her name & location number she then quickly tried making an appointment to help me. Also, she did not put a out of order sign or take any measure to warn people using that ATM and had to mention it to her to warn the people on line. Still didn’t come out & do anything about it. If you genuinely don’t want to try helping customers then you shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Most are unfriendly tellers and overwrite manager also unfriendly.
I cashed out check, treat me like criminal look. Horrible customer services.

The worst banking experience I have ever experienced from a multi-billion dollar banking institution. On June 19,2020 I notice fraudulent activity on my Prepaid debit card, I call and spoke with an agent as soon as it appeared in the amount of $100. She confirmed it was pending and advise me to submit a claim once the payment post on my account. I asked her if I should cancel my card she advise me not to. From Friday, June 19 thru Sunday, June 21st these crooks empty my account ALL CASH $3,540. It has been a nightmare speaking with incompetent reps, being transferred not able to speak with management, just pure hell. As of to day, I am still trying to get my funds release almost a month later. Not impress with BOA. Same on you to treat a State Disbility recipient with such horrible horrible horrible customer service
