Bank of America Financial Center reviews
8I teller. 10 customers in line. I'm #5. I've been #5 for 11 minutes. That's bofa.
The most arrogant people I have ever dealt with. I have no idea how this bank is still around. But, I will do everything I can to see this bank close, they have no right being in business the way they treat people. No wonder this bank has the lowest satisfaction, and lowest reviews.
They take forever tellers go do their own thing in the back and leave real long lines. I literally HATE coming here and hate is a big word.
This the worst Bank treatment, I booked appointment online three weeks ago, because no one answer the phone in this bank, so I booked appointment online to open a bank account, I saw that I need to sort of ID, I got the confirmation by my email and phone three weeks ago, my appointment was at 9.00 am, they opened exactly at 9.00am,
First they have no idea about my appointment, disappeared from there system at all. They said that they will open the bank account even without appointment. Second they refused because I do not have my social security card, while I gave them already my social security number, I gave them my American Passport and California Driving License. They refused and said there is no way to open the account. I told them that I followed the requirements to open a bank account and they do not respect my time. I returned back home and bring it back to them, then they opened the account that cost me around TOW HOURS OF MY TIME.there is no place required to bring the social security card. They are below normal work standard.
I decided to open an account here since my Mom uses this bank and I am helping her with her finances now that she’s 92. I had a terrible experience with BOA in the past, but I have to say that the staff here went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Opening an account was easy. Excellent experience overall.
They take for ever to help you, they close tellers they have way to many people waiting in line management just doesn’t care about their customers.
Slowest bank in history, I try to avoid this bank as much as possible but it’s hard because it’s next to work where we have our business account. Go somewhere else if you can. The employees here sit in the offices with no customers rather then helping the 16 people standing in line. They need a manager who knows how to do the job. What a joke
The teller wouldn't accept my deposit.
The teller informed me they do not take wrapped coins, so I asked to speak with the Branch Manager. He called over Stephanie G, “Assistant Vice President”, who confirmed the story. She suggested that I should take my money to a "grocery store coin machine. "
How is it possible I am unable to deposit (with wrapped coin) into my banking account?
