Bank closed for roof repairs and no one seems to know when it is to reopen. No one available to help with in person business like filing trust documents or signing safety deposit box signature cards. Other branches won’t answer phones and unable to help.

Do not deposit cash through their ATMs. Money got stuck inside and gone! They do not take any accountability. There is none you can talk to from the bank. They give you a number to call and ask you to wait for weeks in case there would be surplus cash found in the machine and someone would report so they would give your money back. Not likely! Horrible experience!

Long line and only 2 tellers. AS USUAL. Can't wait to get away from BofA.
