Bank of America Financial Center reviews
2Recently used my visa card here on 8/04 and my card was cloned/skimmed and later on my balance was being checked in Vacaville, San jose from wells fargo bank. I cannot believe that a bank institution in 2023 doesn't have security video above the atm outside or other means of stopping people from doing these crimes. My two cents, beware of atm outside this location and save ur hard earned money from low life criminals
I wanted to share an incredibly frustrating experience I had at this branch. I had arranged an in-person meeting with a specialist, Lisa (Jingsha) Li, at 3: 30 pm on March 1st to address an issue I had with wire transfer. Despite arriving on time, I was made to wait for 20 minutes while the specialist finished her conversation with her two colleagues.
Once our interaction started, she spent the next 20 minutes trying to promote boa credit card and other banking services to me, despite me politely stressing three times that my primary concern was the wire transfer issue. Shockingly, I was eventually informed that they had concluded their working hours for the day (4: 00pm), and she couldn't assist me. I was given a note of telephone number to call and resolve the issue on my own.
This situation left me feeling quite upset. The next morning, likely aware that I was considering reporting her, Lisa repeatedly called me. When I finally picked up, she expressed her concern about being reported because it would affect her performance review for the year.
Frankly, this is outrageous. I wasted 40 minutes driving to the branch with the purpose of resolving my issue efficiently, but all I got was a credit card promotion, a leaflet about banking services, and a note of telephone number for my unresolved problem. I felt compelled to share this because a friend of mine had a similar experience. At least I believe others should be aware.
