6Went in today and there was no line or trouble. Gotta give credit where its due.
If I could give it no stars I would. Customer service is beyond horrible. Gives people the run around. Would not recommend using for banking or even cashing a check!
I went to try to solve a problem with my bank account and the adviser did not make or attempt the slightest effort to help me. I had to go to another office in another city because of it. Very bad.
So glad I saw these baaaaaad reviews. This review is really no stars for no service. Tried calling a few times got routed to the website cause nobody picks up. Already tried to make an appointment on the website to open a business account for a nonprofit seniors group. The online scheduler isn't working; appointments booked through May? (why I had to call). Uhhh, this place doesn't need our business and I don't need to be wasting anymore of my time. Looks like Wells Fargo it is and we all know they're crooks! Yay USA.
Bank of America is defenitly a bank you don’t want to invest your money into or do business with. They cheat out of your money, do not leave your money in this bank!
I went to this location on a Saturday at 11am and the line was fast and tellers were efficient. They greet you and take care of you fast. Thanks
