If you want to spend the rest of your life waiting for customer service. Bank of America is the place to go. Want to have your account hacked by an inside employee, given empty promises, B of A all the way.
The first time we came here to open a trust account it was very upsetting as they told us basically we needed a lawyer.
The second time we came, we came to see Nancy the financial advisor, ok there are no words as to how absolutely wonderful she was. She went above and beyond. It took a Solid three hours with how complex the trust was and she worked hard for us. She is literally amazing. I wish I could describe how we felt leaving. I just wanted to keep thanking her. She's truly awesome and really made the experience great. So thank you again Nancy.
