Bank of America Financial Center

I’m BofA customer since last 5 years and went there for notary service with an appointment scheduled with Miguel Chavarin. And I wrote clear instructions for my visit. He did not do my notary and said he cannot do it in working hours but it will available after working hours with $15 per signature. I’m trying to surface up this practice to the higher authorities and wanted to know what Miguel said is true and why this branch has such low standards and ratings.

We went here yesterday to cash a check from work (PepsiCo). The teller insisted she could not cash it because it was not signed. She then went and got the manager who said no we can’t cash it. He said even if we had an account he wouldn’t cash it. There is no where to sign this check and for over a year now we have been cashing the check with no issue. We ended up going to a different Bank of America and had zero issues. It’s pretty sad that the manager just did whatever the teller said without using his own knowledge and solving the issue. We will never return here and definitely turned me off from ever opening an account with Bank of America. The management was more concerned with backing up the unknowledgeable teller then actually doing his job. I hope someone can go in here and retrain these employees how to do their job and have better customer service.

I don’t know why people gave this place 1 star, but I came in to deposit cash. Long line as usual, but the lobby receptionist and tellers did their best job, support and helpful.

Always a long line with only 1 or 2 tellers! Never try to go during a lunch break! I promise you won’t just be in and out smh
