6Shorted my mother in law $400. Went back to the bank report the missing money, was told to call their fraud/customer service department and then told over the phone to go back to the bank. No one is helping, everyone just points the finger at one another. Customer of over 20 years…
Lousy many times I have lacked money and they tell me that it was a mistake that they fix it right away.what makes me angry is that you have one to call. It is a waste of time. Very bad. And the worst staff.

I used to love this bank and it used to be my favorite to go too but ever since July 3,2022. Which is the day my check got skimmed from bank of America. I don't trust them anymore and they charge too much monthly.
BAD BAD service. This was my situation and hope it’s never yours. I went into this branch on Wednesday and took a check to deposit.
I was told by tomorrow (Thursday) $250.00 were going to be available and the rest of the amount available by Friday. Today, I called because none of the funds were available not even the 250. I called again but this time I was told that the funds won’t be available until 7 days from today. I was told it will take two weeks for them to verify and release the funds. Amount of the check $3,100. Make sure to ask questions when going inside this branch and verify with manager before leaving.
Went there to finish setting up a new account and Wasted 3 hours of my time there with my son. I explained what I needed and that I’ve already started the process online and all I have to do is go in to a branch to have any associates validate his id at a branch and that an appointment was not needed. We show up and they said ok you’re after these four people, I waited I understood I don’t have an appointment. However, a gentleman who showed up an hr after me was seen first. He said he didn’t have an appointment as well, but he was help first And Bofa associates tell me and my son we have to make an appointment to come back because there was no one who can help Us at the moment after 3 hrs of waiting and taking in someone who came In after me who was also a walk-in. Sorry we will not be banking with them.
