Bank of America Financial Center

In line for 25 minutes and have not moved. Line is out the door. Only customer getting service is business clients. I would not even give one star but only option.

This used to be the best branch in Fresno.however, they have changed The associates to non competent people who are extremely horrible at customer service.
They have a merchant window. But they keep you in the retail line for no reason. If you are a merchant, find another find another bank like I did. Even the manager is horrible

I dont usually bank here and my bank is closed on weekends. Long line, the tellers are horrible they dont even say hello or goodbye have a nice day or anything. Even I said thank you and have a nice day, response was nothing. I'm glad I dont bank here. Was just the bank was open and I needed a withdrawal.

Probably the worst bank of america to do business. The tellers are short staffed so you will be waiting a while. Ashley in the business section is great but if shes not there expect to wait an hour if you are a business client. You are better off going to the east shaw location.

My Name is Sam, I have to deposit Cheqe to branch, But it was hard time with Bank of America The employee Name - Santos, Wasted my Time and after that say that you are depositing checks for someone account and go to another bank, He is not proper knowledge to how to work, need to more training for banking. I’m starting in bank almost 2 hours.

Worst customer service ever worst bank to go waited for 1hr 30 mint for my turn. Only two people were helping 17 people in line.

We have a business account and been working with this bank for 8 years. Their manager Luis Sanchez is literally the worth person. Literally so full of it, he needs to get fired asap, worst service and don’t recommend anyone to go to this bank cuz of the manager

They are horrible it’s 7 ppl walking around at all times and only 1-2 tellers actually helping people at the window every time I come here it’s the same thing they need new management
