4Super low! No helping people, wait long time. No helping. Please, change this personals! Every time working just 1 people! Maximum 2. What happened? And open at 10 and close 4pm? ! You are crazy?
They charge an $8 fee to cash a check that their own bank issues—which should be illegal. This is not a bank I would recommend. It’s basically a scam; they don’t honor the full value of a check unless you deposit it into an account they want you to open—which they ALSO charge fees for. There are other banks where you can cash checks without fees. Look for those.
There is limit on your atm you can even get your own money out your account then stay in line 1000 people in line and only one person at the window, they can't even help with card limit ATM
Parking is always available, location is convenient, and its not terribly busy inside. However, the hours are absolutely terrible. I've seen management in these reviews offer up other locations but the other locations, especially the Glendale location off of Brand, are awful. Plus, banking should be convenient and we shouldnt have to hop over a perfectly good location to go further out of our way to stand in 15 min+ lines. This location would be my go-to but their hours of operation are inconvenient. Opening at 10am and closed on Saturday. I'm not sure who these hours suit but it's not for the customers.
