Bank of America Financial Center

I can't explain how much I detest this bank! Its always been horrible and I will be looking for another bank. It is a cold environment with the Officers rarely available and waiting is common. One teller is all they have and pretty much no one I know in this town likes this bank!

Horrible customer service; no one answers the phone. Reps give you their card and don't answer email. I had a rep give me her card and when I called her number no one answered and the voice mail was not even set up.

If you have a question, the answer is always "try the app" even if you are standing in the bank talking to them.

No one looks super busy in there but customer service is clearly at the bottom of the list. I would definitely take my business elsewhere if you want any type of customer service.

I have been going out of my way to come to this branch for years. They almost never have a line for the teller and if you need to do anything else the associates can usually help within 15 minutes even if you don't have an appointment. The staff is always respectful and nice and seem to genuinely care about me and my business. If you do not want to wait just request an appointment through online banking.
