Bank of America Financial Center

I've come to this bank many times for business deposits and by far it's the best. Two huge parking lots, onsite armed guards, dedicated business line and fast professional service.

Literally every time I come there’s a long line and only 2 women at the windows at most! The wait time is always over half an hour! Ridiculous.

I have been treated very respectfully by Brenda the actual manager and most of the staff here. Waiting time is way quicker than most banks I’ve been in. It’s my community bank and I love doing business with them.

Wow! I saw the low rating, i also like to give it a try, and well here i am juat like the reviews describe it long line with only 2 tellers. Horrible they dont complain because there getting payed. Thank god I also have chase. Please read your reviews listen to the community and people that choose BOA.

Not satisfied at all worst site ever I'm still waiting for the supervisor to approve my check to cash I've been waiting at the teller for over 30 minutes every time I come in here same thing

Worst Bank of America ever! Do not go to this location if on a time schedule or in a rush by any means! They only carry about two tellers in a line of over a dozen people! Customer's complain but they do nothing to help or try!

Long lines, plenty of staff, only 1 working the window. So what do all the other people that work in this bank do?

Im sorry but horrible service. The line is out of control to talk to teller and waiting to talk to banker is even worse. Avoid this branch at all cost. After talking to banker about accounts they try persuade you give them good rating. They even had to call branch manager over just to try influence a good rating. I dont understand. Just do good jib and good ratings follow.

Don't follow the same rules as other Bank of America branches. Very rude nasty attitude will never go there again.

If I could give this place no stars I would! There’s always long lines because there’s only 1 or 2 cashiers but there are like 3 or 4 just standing or walking around. All bad horrible customer service.

Why can't we rate 0 stars. Long lines, they don't seem to have a business banking open. They need more tellers to work.

Unprofessional branch. They are not on time, is 9: 15 and I'm still waiting for a banker, when they supposed to be at 9: 00am at work.

Normally there is a half hour to one hour wait for a teller. Today I got lucky and only had to wait 20 minutes.

There's always a big line and one or two windows open. Like seriously there people walking around doing nothing. Worst service some can wait there in line for about 1-2 hours waiting.

Worst. Branch. Ever.
Long lines with 1 teller working and 2 "relationship bankers" walking around talking to people asking how they can help, but not able to actually DO anything but attempt to pacify you.
