Everybody at this branch is friendly. If I have questions they are always happy to give me the information I need and additional resources I could use. It's always a breeze using this bank for my needs.

The website said the bank was open until 6 on Friday. I arrived at 5: 40 and the doors were locked.
ALWAYS helpful (no matter which branch I visit). It's a bank that doesn't mind giving people a chance at having an account when 'life happens' to you! I'm ALWAYS made to feel like an actual person and not just another number like at the so called larger banks (i.e. Wells Fargo, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, etc). Those banks have all of those astronomical fees for NO reason - just to SCREW the blue collar, hard-working individual out of his/her hard earned money! Bank of the West is the absolute BEST!
Worst company ever! Not only when I got a bunch of fees that weren't my fault but the guy I called to talk to was rude as can be when I called to see if there was anything they can do I got a 'close your account if you're not happy' all I asked was you to help me understand and see if it was really that necessary but I closed my account and am I proud customer of Bank of America!
