I don’t know why this branch is still open! The Branch manager is a total nut job! Very disrespectful and simply thinks that this place is some what a third world country bank. Very condescending demeanor during an exchange over the phone. People like him is the reason why this bank is rated the top worst bank in 2022! Very unprofessional. I’d avoid doing business at this location. This bank if trash! No one wonder they got bought out my BMO! I hope BMO is devising a way to have more professional employees rather than having a nut job of a branch manager! The assistant manager is cool tho! Very professional.

I opened an checking account any deposit no service charges but they charged me even though my social security was deposited directly they still charged me $ 10.00 service charges the first time I conceded it a mistake but they did it again and again so I closed my account I don't advise dealing with this bank

Giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Absolutely terrible branch with the worst service, worst staff, and straight up dishonest and disrespectful management.

This branch is the absolute worst, and the branch manager Mina is super rude and treats people like trash. He refuses to help me and says stuff like “if you don’t have an account with me then you’re not my customer, and I won’t help you”. Nick, the assistant manager, on the other hand, is alright and more willing to help. But overall, I think the branch’s manager says a lot about the way it treats its customers, and this is the reason why I ended up not opening an account with them. I think Mina does not deserve to be a manager here.

No start deserved, worst service ever, never do any kind of business with it, wast your time and money, they don't value their customers, and will alway try rip you off. And the worst customer service ever, I was kicked back and forth from customer service and branch again and again

All Staff has always been super helpful, they all know my face, and most know the transaction I need to complete before I even tell them! Super Friendly, personable, and professional. Just the right mix of new technology and old school customer service! IF I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I had an issue that needed to be resolved today and Jason and Fabian couldn't have been more helpful or kinder! Great branch.

I have only been in a couple times but Fabian is very personable and remembers you from your first encounter. It's a very homely branch.
