Bar Quiote, Livermore CA

Every drink I've had here has been delicious. I'm particularly obsessed with the Tiki Toddy. Service is always friendly. Wish they had more than hot dogs on the food side, but I love this place.

I’ve been several times now. The drinks are delish, and service good. The only thing we are disappointed with is aspects of their food. Each time we’ve gotten anything with their queso it’s been wildly inconsistent (first time amazing, second time super runny, third time cold, fourth time thick and cold). Chips stale. Will return only for cocktails. For what they charge (normally spend $90 with tip for two people for a couple drinks and their appetizers, I expect a bit more consistency)

My bestie has been following them for some time and wanted to check it out. It was absolute perfect for round 0 and to cap off the night for round 3 or 4! Solid drinks and delicious wieners to satisfy anyone's cravings or hungers! Would highly recommend

What an amazing venue. Between phenomenal drinks and amazing food you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not visit. Do not miss the queso or the chili, let alone when they're associated to the delicious hotdogs on the menu. The dusty diablo and weekend water are impeccable and their happy hour cannot be beat. Go there now!

My wife and I just purchased takeout from them and it was one of the worst meals we have had in a while. The buns were stale, the pineapple salsa tasted like it was from a can, and my hot dogs tasted like veggie dogs. While we got takeout, we won’t be going in person anytime soon.

Cool spot with good drinks and hotdogs. Add a DJ or some live music and it would be awesome.

Best cocktails ever! Best crowd, too! Fun, accommodating to vegetarians. Who doesn't love a horseshoe shaped bar and good music.

Beer served in a Can 8 dollars, hot dog was covered with stale chips 10 dollars…. Really? No napkins provided … until asked?

Had the Zicatela Sun margarita it was well balanced and tasty! The Quiote dog was also delicious. Vibes immaculate

Super tasty hot dogs! Loved the cool runnings drink and the patio atmosphere is laid back, fun and stylish. Happy to have a new place like this in town!

For my first time here at a new restaurant, it was a great experience. Keep in mind, it's first come first serve. If you see an open seat, take it!

I had their Quiote Dog along with the Watermelon (with olive oil, mint and salt). Both were delicious, especially when paired with one of their many amazing cocktails.

As far as cocktails go, I tried their Paloma, Smoked Corn Old Fashioned, Weekend Water and Zicatela Sun. All were fantastic, but keep in mind most of the mezcals they use are smokey in flavor. The Weekend Water is their only non-smokey cocktail.

The server I had was fantastic; I didn't get her name (she has long red hair) but she made the entire experience awesome. I can't recommend this place enough.

Quality drinks, great customer service, and fun aesthetic. My friends and I have been waiting for this bar to open for months, and it doesn’t disappoint. When you walk into Bar Quiote, you see a horseshoe bar surrounded by arcade games, a jukebox and small group seating. We tried three different cocktails and all of them were unique and delicious. We also indulged in some signature Mezcal shots. Congrats on the grand opening! We will certainly be back and tell our friends to visit.
