Damon fixed my broken dishwasher in 5 mins time! It has been non op for over 6 months! He also indicated an issue in the way my A/C unit was installed and why it only half functions. He offered to replace it as well. I am very grateful to have a friendly knowledgeable staff member that is ready and willing to assist.

I have been living here for over 10 years!
Things have improved. I recommend these apartments.
The maintenances are way better then the once we had before and they always get things done!
When my cat was lost they all helped me look for him even if it was raining! I want to thank you guys for your care and support! God bless you all!
Don't be scared to move in here.it's not bad as it sounds on reviews honestly lol It is very beautiful with all the trees!
That's why my husband and I are not moving anywhere else unless its to a home!
The people are very kind here and somehow the bad once always move out.

A management is great they fix my fan in the dining room and they fixed my light in the kitchen

Constantly shut off the water over a period of YEARS. Hot water is often inaccessible. Residents need to sue for inadequate living conditions as this complex violates state laws and city ordinances. Horrible management that does not care at all. Shame on the owner, managers and all associated with overseeing the property. Unacceptable and inexcusable. The city needs to be alerted and conduct a thorough investigation. Shame, shame, shame!

TERRIBLE. Management (older lady) is definitely racist and has no people skills whatsoever, how the hell did she get this job in management!? This lady is so rude to the point that I felt uneasy and less than just by having a short conversation with her! Her energy is so bad that it's almost devil like, not joking. I will never, ever! Be back to this dump again. Roaches, spiders, critters, need I say more? Oh and btw, the smell of Raid that flows through the complex will eventually make you nauseated. Please beware

Managers in this apartment complex have a scam going on where they’re purposely looking for reasons to deny an applicant. Wanda and the other guy were super rude and are not interested in finding tenants but instead making money off those application fees. No wonder there’s always units available. They did it to me and to my friend when income, credit check and rental history qualified. I’ll do everything in my power to push this scam of yours far enough so you guys will stop wasting other people money and time. This is disgusting and disrespectful.

It’s been several years since I’ve lived here, so I feel safe enough to comment on this specific circle of hell without fear of retaliation. Living here drove me to the very edge of sanity. This eldritch horror of an apartment complex is so horrible, the management refuses to live on site. The water is shut off so much that I could wallpaper the place with all the “water off tomorrow” notifications I found on my door.
There are gaps in some seams in the walls, allowing all your favorite insects to come visit you, and the walls are so thin that your neighbors’ conversations are also your conversations. And god help you if you get an upstairs unit, just…god help you. I will never, ever trust a maintenance person ever again, or managers who I highly suspect were entering the rooms without notice when they’re sure you’re gone. The ptsd I got from this place left me with so many triggers that I’m still twitching over a year later, and I trust no one.

There is ALWAYS an issue with the water and/ or busted pipes. Management has had to shut off water to address these issues multiple times. Sometimes having to do so in such short notice that tenants weren't notified. We kind of just 'found out' when attempting to use the water. If you enjoy hot showers or baths, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Shower and bath water rarely get hot. I get, maybe, 3 hot showers/baths in a 5 day work week. Needless to say, it does affect my quality of life.
