Carlos Perez did a fantastic job clearing my clogged sink. He had to come twice because the clog was hard as a rock. He worked so very hard. Tried everything. Didn't give up. He was amazing. Barker and Sons have some great plumbers. Have used them before. Thank you so much!

We had a tankless water heater installed to replace our old heater from 2001 that started to leak. Plumber was scheduled to come out day after our call and heater was installed next morning.
No high pressure sales just great product and service.

Joseph was on time and introduced himself to me. He asked if he could come in to work on the tankless water heater, and I took him to the garage and showed him the unit and explained what was needed. Joseph went to his truck and gathered the tools and equipment he needed to service the unit. Joseph. He asked me if we had any special issues with the unit and then started servicing the equipment. Joseph was very thorough and professional in the process of servicing the unit and explained what he was doing and why. When he finished, he tested the unit and made sure that it was working correctly. He checked the faucet in the bathroom to make sure that it was functioning correctly and provided hot water at the required temperature levels. He cleaned the are where he was working and made sure that everything was functioning correctly. He explained the charges to me before he started and after he finished and had me sign off before starting work and after he finished. He checked with me to see if we had any other problems in the house that needed servicing, and I explained that we did not. Joseph did an awesome job of servicing the equipment and was thoroughly competent and professional. I would hope to have him come back when we have need of any other plumbing work on the house or the tankless water heater.

Barker and Sons were great! They responded same day to an inquiry for leak detection, and Orlando was great. We did not have an obvious leak, and he took the time to talk to us and troubleshoot our issue. I will definitely use Barker and Sons with future plumbing needs.

The first service didn’t solve the issue on site due to some miscommunication. Barker and Sons very quickly CALLED and SENT another technician to come and performed the requested service on the Saturday! I appreciate the super quick response and follow up! I recommend them and will request for services again!

I feel lucky that I found Barker and Sons Plumbing on Google. They responded to my issue swiftly and scheduled a check in a timely manner. Zackary and Roberto are nice and professional. They checked the issue immediately and got the problem resolved in the same day. I appreciate it. I highly recommend them and this company.

Accessible cleanout 1’ from drain line and chose not to use. Removed p trap and charged almost 3 times the rate for line with accessible cleanout. Carlos very professional but feel should have just used cleanout and charged advertised price.

I spoke with Jennifer first to schedule someone. She was such a sweetheart and had such a pleasant voice. Joseph was the tech that came. Really nice guy! He was very polite and respectful to put on his shoe covers even though I told him there wasn’t a need to. I had an issue with the garbage disposal not spinning. He took a look at it and gave me options and pricing up front to fix it. Btw, DO NOT use those garbage disposal freshener pods. That’s what caused it to stop working. Anyways, Joseph took it apart, flushed the disposal and it sounds even better when it runs now. I definitely have Barker & Sons Plumbing in my Favorites now. Great company! 5️

Cody did an amazing job of repairing our leaking shower, he came in on a Sunday. He was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Definitely call Barker and Sons

I am not one to give poor reviews, consumer beware… this company misquoted me by over a thousand dollars, a very large discrepancy imo. Strongly recommend a second quote.
My experience… I ran out of hot water, and we contacted the Gas company hoping it was the pilot light, and a quick low cost fix. The Gas company thoroughly inspected my water heater, and concluded that the controller was broken. I mentioned this several times when I contacted Barker & Sons…Plumbing. The technician arrived on time, very knowledgeable, well mannered, and spoken. He said he needed to run his own diagnostics to determine the issue. He concluded that it was not the controller, and basically he could repair by cleaning it - best case about $520, or need new parts about $800+, or a new water heater about +$3400k 40G + $3500K 50G.
I went the repair route. He struggled repairing the unit, X was broken, then Y was broken, and then he said - it’s the controller and the controller will cost $1527to fix. We cut our loses, paid about $520 for the service work done and agreed to. We contacted TPS plumbing who charged me $425 for the controller. My husband contacted Barker & Sons Plumbing about the overcharge, and how he felt cornered to pay $1527 because we were already in $520 or so for work done and diagnostics and in good faith we considered moving forward but so glad we cut out. Don acknowledged that the technician misquoted me the price but that they would have caught it and issue me a refund had they done the work. Which I find hard to believe.
