Tajinder Singh worked with my husband on our maintenance while I was at work. Said he was very courteous, professional, He was ontime and notified us his eta and very polite. Knew his job very well. Tajinder can come here anytime. Thank you Barkers

Dave did a good Job of diagnosing what was wrong with the AC system. He gave a great overview of what the issues were and options available for repairing it.
Kept us informed why troubleshooting the AC unit. The part needed to be ordered and he came back installed it and was very efficient.
Dave was very professional and straight forward about replacing the worn out parts. No run around nonsense some companies play. Would recommend this company for services.

Chris and the Team from Barker Heating and Cooling were awesome to work with as they fit me into a cancellation and were at the house in less than 5 hours. They solved the issue quickly and provided multiple paths to take care of the problem. Awesome job!

I requested an estimate for a new system yesterday and Jonathan was able to squeeze me into his schedule today. That’s service! Jonathan arrived exactly when he promised. He was very professional and patient in understanding my needs and desires in terms of comfort and sound levels. He gave me a whole education on the different options available and provided his professional opinions on what would be best for my home, based on the layout and my preferences. He could not have done more to win my business.

By comparison, the “other company” I called to request a quote did not show up for the appointment they scheduled and did not call. It only highlights how great it is when a company like Barker has good communication and service. Woof!

Dave was amazing! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and just pleasant to talk to. He explained what he did and the recommended service. No pressure, just pure explanation of how to keep my HVAC system working well for years to come. I will recommend them to all my friends!

Dave was friendly and arrived right on time. He even called me while en route to check whether I had new furnace filters on hand, offering to pick some up along the way if I didn't. I did have them, but I really appreciated the fact that he checked ahead of time and was willing to pick some up for me if I needed them. That's what I call above and beyond service. He was thorough and efficient. A true professional!

Dave communicated well regarding his arrival, inspection of equipment, and recommendations for best service coverage suggestions. He was prompt, respectful and very professional. I am pleased and will continue using Barker for services that they provide.

First time I used them I had Tobias. He told me that the very expensive recommendations from another company were not necessary and gave me a more reasonable fix for my AC. Second time, my heater stopped working. I knew it just needed it's annual maintenance - 45 mins tops. I know my furnace. Being a woman you HAVE to know your house so these workmen don't try to snake you. Tobias was not available. Stephanie came. I was excited about working with a woman, but despite me TELLING her what I knew about the unit, she dilly dallied for 2 1/2 hrs (!), dramatically acting like this was such a tough issue to figure out, taking calls with her boss (outside, of course), and finally coming in to dramatically say there are tubes or wiring that need replacing.and she can't show me bc they're way in the back.and the fix was going to be thousands. Bologna. I asked several times if basic maintenance was done. She said yes. I played along with her lies.she thought she was going to land a BIG sucker until I declined scheduling the repairs and said I'll use a space heater until I can get a 2nd opinion. She looked defeated. I called someone else. They did the maintenance. Boom.unit was working and had ZERO issues since. I was disgusted this happened woman to woman - and they charged me for this ridiculousness. I did not ask for a refund. I did not write a bad review. Because of TOBIAS, I even gave them a shot at a quote for a new system, which I will need eventually. However, third time.grrrr. I just wanted basic annual AC maintenance. Called on a Mon; It took 3 DAYS to get a call back. Tobias no longer works for them. I told them about my experience with Stephanie. They assured me Dave and Chris were their best, but they couldn't come until NEXT Mon - a week after my call? With hesitation, I said ok. The fact that they could not tell me at least morning or afternoon should've been my red flag to bolt. I expressed that I could not do morning this day and was promised I would get a better time frame closer to the date. It's hard to believe that on Fri - Sun you don't know your Mon schedule to tell customers more than just "Wait around all day for us". People work! All I got was on Sunday "your tech or someone will call you tomorrow morning". Sure enough, as most families are trying to get out the door in the a.m, they called and said they were coming.and it was a guy named Jessie, not Dave or Chris. I told Jessie that I told the scheduler no to the morning. Then, a new scheduler calls me and now wants to bump me to Thurs. NOPE. We are DONE. I have taken more time out of the office to accommodate YOU than I should've ever had to.

Hector came today to install a new heater. He was very professional and did a fabulous job.
I am very impressed with Barker Heating and cooling. Also their office staff is amazing. I want to especially Thank Eileen. She is awesome!

Amitesh and Eileen in particular have been incredibly helpful In resolving a mysterious ongoing problem with my new ac install. They have instilled a renewed confidence that my system will function well. I can’t say enough about their determination to resolve my issues and hopefully it will be resolved.

The technician (Dave Fernandez) that provided the service was very professional. He took pictures on the air-conditioning system and the thermostat before performing the AC checkup for documentation. Check the AC system pressure and temperature. He also explained the possibility of failure of some of the components due to the air-condition system is 26 years old. He provided a quote for the parts/AC system just in case some failures may occurred in a near future. Rated 5 stars on the service.

DO NOT USE BARKER!

They over charged our Freon and broke our compressor. The 2nd company said we got scammed by Barker ($1400). I’m reporting Barker to the BBB and reporting the tech to licensing. They refused to offer any sorta refund or even a phone call. Cowards!

Dave was a very polite young man, so professional. Worked in a timely manner. He answered every question I had.
Barker has a coupon out, its an $89.special. Great deal, good people.
