4Beware, this complex does not return deposits. I left my apartment spotless and the complex tried to give only 3% of my $500 deposit back. I will edit this review only if mediation takes place, but I fully intend on going to court to solve this issue if necessary.

Went to the bar cause i eas feeling low. Met an ex con. And then he sold ehag i thought was a chord of wood but it end up only being a half chord. Call it the barlow concord apartments
Been here for a little over a year now, only a couple issues come to mind. The street parking can be bad sometimes. Cars are always parked in the red so pulling out onto the street can be hard to do. Street sweepers can't come either since the cars never are moved for them and everything in the gutters builds up and smells really gross. Aslo the people below us are actually non-considerit, they play music really loud through out the night. I have to be up for work at 330am so I don't expect for music to be blasting till 1130pm.
