It's been a few years since I've seen such a well-stocked B&N! Plenty of parking, and I will love returning.

Great selection of books, some good bargain tables make nice gift choices. Unfortunately, line is always long when our family goes. Starbucks inside is convenient to relax with a new book or magazine. Staff rarely smiles on bookstore. Seemed like everyone is very serious, maybe tired? Would appreciate a little more effort to offer help and greet us when we are buying a stack of books! Nice kids area, well-maintained.

Glad we still have a B&N on the Tri-Valley. Difficult to find these days.

You always have what I seek. Customer relations is expert level. My last visit left me stunned. Five checkouts busy and the line went to the rear of the store! There must have been maximum occupancy and everyone had an armload. The cafe was packed, long line and the counter was well manned. Kudos!

Has a Starbucks, clean location, supportive customer service representatives. Yep meets and exceeds my expectations

Found what I was looking for and some (which is always how it goes when I shop at Barnes & Noble). Clean store, got a free brownie sample from Starbucks barista who was walking throughout the store giving shoppers treats. No long wait in line. Great shopping experience!

This book store is a favorite place for me. I miss independent book stores but at least I can still walk in this place and find all kinds of books, magazines and gifts and gadgets. The only bad thing is it is too far from my house. Or maybe that's a good thing.

This Barnes and Nobles location keeps the front doors open with a circular setup for people to navigate through fairly quickly and easy. Not much crowding in the store and the flow feels free and open.

I always love Barnes & Noble. I wish there was a map to make it easy to find the hrnte you're looking for.

My son gives 5 star for the train table. I give it 5 star bc all the book choices for young readers. I love book shops!

Well I didn't feel welcomed in this store felt like I was being watched. When I was looking at books. No thanks. I feel more comfortable at home. Just thought it would be nice to relax and look for a good book to read. Well Dublin my welcome was not warm. Rather than just making sure I wasn't taking anything is how I got that vibe.

Nice upkept Barns & Noble. They had so many books on Psychology and they also had a large selection of Manga. I can spend hours at this store and walk out with hundreds worth of purchased merchandise of my favorite authors. Nothing over the top that would make this more 3 stars. The restrooms are not well kept.

I delight at the opportunity for my kids to check out a bookstore. I might not be able to get past the Childrens Area but it's a great way to spend time after a big meal at the number of resturants nearby.

Went to look for a book and put it on order. Was at bed bath and beyond so I was close to Barnes and noble so checked will be in on Friday.

Always seem to find something to read. They don't always have authors I like but they will order for me. Staff always helpful

One of the few nice major book stores still in existence. Very nice interiors with a book crazy crowd. Good collection and helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Still love buying my Programming for morons (physical) books at this place. They have a huge selection of categories for programming and development.

Will be out of business within 2 years.antiquated business model and unable to adapt.staff is clueless

This becoming my closest book store was saddening but with declining quality of both service and merchandise it is now a shame. The experience of this store almost drives me to solely by books online.
