Barnes & Noble reviews
17Love me a good book store, I could roam for hours.great kid section and they have toys, discount and wonderful stationary
Employees were friendly and very attentive. Coffee area and upstairs outdoor balcony has their tables and chairs set up so almost back to normal with logical restrictions mask social distancing etc.
Great place to study and have a coffee at Starbucks or read a book great customer service as well or even buy a book or toy for your kids or puzzle for yourself
Staff is pleasant and always helpful. It is well organized and clean. I like looking at all the misc stuff.
Thousands of books, it is so quiet in there, smells really good since there is a Starbucks inside the bookstore.
Came into this BNN the workers follow you very uncomfortable for someone with SAD. Never coming back here again.
I am a book fanatic and love Barnes & Noble. This one was the 2nd two-story B&N I've ever visited and loved it.
Always clean and well lit. Easy to find the books you're looking for as they're usually alphabetical by author (manga is by title.) I also appreciate the little themed displays they have as they highlight books that usually interest me; so take a good look at those when you get the chance.
A great bookstore. It's clean and well managed. The Starbucks Cafe is also an enjoyable part of the experience with some great snacks, sandwiches, desserts, speciality coffees, and soft drinks. I was surprised how much the price of books, in general, have come way down. There are some amazing values and I highly recommend visiting. Thousands of books and gifts to browse, and the smell of coffee. You can't go wrong!
Not happy with the Starbucks bar. I had an online $5 gift card,
that I won on fetch.and they wouldn't honor it.because it wasn't a Barnes and nobles Starbucks card.
But there using a starbucksLogo.but won't honor a Starbucks gift card.after I waited in line for 20 minutes.and spent 20 minutes loaded the app to pull up the card.
And spent an hour on the bus going to Barnes especially for a book and a drink.and they didn't even have the book in stock either. Which took the employee 30 minutes to find for us. I'm sorry if I'm rough but this was bad.
Choices were sparse in the non fiction section. Used book store or the internet might be a better choice?
Still such a fun place to take my kids. Love seeing there faces light up when they discover new books or series they want to read. Open and spacious 2-story location.
I always like stopping at this pretty mall on my way to Los Angeles. They carry my favorite magazine and it's fun to get a drink from Starbucks. As always it was shockingly hot outside. They have eliminated a lot of books to carry toys, which is okay I guess, but I don't think of them as a toy store.
Clean. Neat. Well organized. And this place is packed full of books. I mean wall to wall multiple floors. Of BOOKS. Starbucks was a nice touch to the afternoon read. Plus they got them Legos.
Place is Very tranquil. Friendly staff. Kind, courteous, knowledgeable.
Beautiful people taking in that Almost Lost art of dealing with good ol' hard/ paper back book or magazine. I love it
This is a nice B&N and is well laid out. It has a Starbucks coffee shop and you can sit down with your coffee while checking out a possible purchase. There's a large children's section too where kids can roam on their own. Finally, there's a remainders section where books are heavily discounted.
This place is getting really thin on inventory. I'm trying to keep shopping in "brick and mortar" stores, but the stores need to hold up their end of the bargain and keep a good inventory otherwise folks are gonna fall back to online shopping. I doubt folks are gonna shoot b and n online, they're gonna shop Amazon.
Also. Was in the store looked up the book I wanted online, said it was in stock, but didn't say what section it was in. Had to hunt down an employee to help me out. Would have preferred to have the location listed online as well.
