Barnes & Noble, Santee CA

Loud messy associates/ managers. Could not tell if they were taking down a display or building one huge mess on the floor near Starbucks, blocking browsing access for at least 2 rows. Discussing loudly how to find out if something has warehouse stock and how that affects markdowns. Very unprofessional.

Good selection of books and brief write-ups found right below many books, a new feature which I found useful.

Love this store for the kiddos, we get a new book every month. Plus the Starbucks in the corner is a big plus.

Love love love this book store. I've been coming here for 20 years now. The staff are very caring and intelligent. They have a great children's section. The toy section is so fun and cool. I purchase a lot of gifts here. It's such a peaceful place to visit. If you can't find what you're looking for they can order it for you.

I loved it, a variety of books for all ages and tastes, the staff is very friendly, it has a cafeteria, on Fridays there are stories narrated in English for children.

One of my favorite locations. Has a great section for kids books and also lots of other interesting things to see. Nice place to read not too crowded.
Restrooms are clean

Always a good place to stop for gifts, and for a good book. Located on a very accessible area. Staff is helpful and friendly.

This location has the friendliest staff, and their selection of books is top-notch. It has a great children's section as well - my daughter loves coming here. In addition to books, they have a wide variety of toys, games and collectibles as well. The in-store Cafe is also great for a quick bite. I would definitely recommend this location!

I liked the crazy amount of books they had on some of my favorite topics plus there was a starbucks inside also which i liked as well.

I have always enjoyed the selection of books and service. People are always friendly and helpful. It is good to be able to actually go in and have the book in your hand before buying it.

My son loves to go to Barnes & Noble. We love to wander through the children's section, the games & puzzles, and the discount/clearance sections. The employees are always so friendly. It's nice to be able to have a full conversation about a book, series, or other genres that are related. To talk to someone that enjoys the same types of books, and can recommend something new. To talk about how much you enjoyed a specific book. It never feels like I'm being pushed into buying something.
All in all, I love this store. My son loves this store. It's always a pleasant experience. The employees of this Santee store are so wonderful, friendly, and kind. I can guarantee we will be back there again soon!

Very poor customer service by Nasha blonde lady At customer service counter I came in to ask for a book I just had looked up online and she immediately said they did not have it after having to pull up the book online she have some lame excuse why she answered no without looking it up then she was asked about another book by my daughter and she just pointed said over there then we go to check out and the cashier Mia (dark hair) no smile or eye contact now I see why Amazon which I could of went that route n saved gas n an unpleasant experience will not return

It's one of the best laid out Barnes & Noble that I have ever been to. The staff is always very helpful and willing to suggest new books that are related to my interests. Very clean and cozy.

Great as usual. Always see something that catches my eye. Definitely the place to get away, for a few hours. Lots of Great books. If You get thirsty, they have a Starbucks inside, and they sell goodies there too.
