Barnes & Noble reviews
12My family and I love coming and buying all types of items. The staff is great. We get excellent sales.
Nice and clean. Need to improve when to call for additional registers (pretty big line build-up.)
I went to buy a book and I had to order online and it was hard to find someone to help us and it's was not clean
Got asked to see my id to match my credit card for buying cd's by the dude working at the back section? Guess i was suspicious for being excited and wanting to look through everything to spend my money on.wish i could go back and tell the dude off.
Could have been a 5* but the "customers" walking around made it a poor experience. A father and son where the dad was messing around with everything last thing I could get his hands on while his kid kept pressing the same buttons on some toy for well over twenty minutes.
A Karen and whomever she dragged into the cross-hairs, talking about me as they lingered around. It's like they want me to take my pants off and show them my chocolate starfish, based off what I heard them saying. It's disgusting how they feel entitled to violate someone's basic human rights and defame their name all across town. It's as though theyre all lacking fundamental integrity.
Followed by two BPDs sitting out front and waiting. It was an extremely UNCOMFORTABLE experience and yet, when I try to catch my breath and ignore the outside world, I'm still looked at through that old paradigm.
Y'all reading this, don't be like these people. Be more accepting of others and their faults and failures. Don't paint a false narrative for someone you've never spent two seconds talking to.
All that aside, the cashier was great. The line felt like it was taking awhile but she was giving top notch customer service to each guest she had. She was the only one as well. And I can get a little impatient when I'm in an uncomfortable situation like what I mentioned above.
There is such a big variety of books, games, toys, and miscellaneous items. A great place to bring the kids and to find a unique gift for anyone. Starbucks Cafe also has more bakery items available making it very inviting to read your newly bought book in their cafe section.
Not all places where my size wheelchair accessible, seemed short staffed but what staff was there was friendly helpful and kind.
My favorite place to visit. Always find what I want. Associates are always friendly and helpful.
I only gave this place one star if I could give it zero I would I went in there with my grandson we were looking for a couple books a couple Bibles matter of fact and when we found the Bibles they didn't have the ones we were looking for we could not get nobody to help us there's nobody around there to help you look for anything or find anything just go somewhere else
Clean, tidy and a variety of items for sale (board games, toys, many curious things). The space is great to go with children. But I didn't find many books in Spanish, it would be nice to find a variety of languages.
The place is OK and has a number of great books; however, their science fiction section is very small and most of the books are tv related. They don't seem to have an extensive number of different type of books.
Great store. Was able to get help from a very knowledgeable and friendly employee, he was able to show me right to the books i was looking for, even had a few good recommendations. I really liked the selection of toys as well. Store was slightly messy, but not to bad, definitely will be back here next time I need a book.
