My granddaughter wanted to go here to look for some books and possibly an album. She found the books she wanted but not the album. Everyone was helpful without hovering very nice and clean!

Amazing bookstore! Huge selection, super knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been coming here for decades, and am so happy they are still in business! One of the few bookstores you can find in real-time ️

First time back to Barnes & Noble in a long time. Nice to have them open again. Fun to stop in and browse. I selected a book on beautiful destinations around the world. National Geographic always does a great job. It's hard to leave this store empty handed.

The staff here is always so incredible. They have a fantastic selection of books and great deals from time to time. As a member you can get extra discounts for just $25 for the year.

Pretty decent variety & helpful staff. Also great location downtown. Add a built in Starbucks & this is a bookstore we regularly frequent.

I can only speak on my own personal interests here: They've a good selection of sci-fi and fantasy novels with a surprisingly good selection of boardgames. I appreciate the hand written recommendation placards as well. There's a Starbucks on the premises as well.

Visited right before Christmas. The staff was not super friendly 30 minutes before closing. Coffee was okay.

Be sure to find a restroom before going to the store in Santa Rosa. Customers are not allowed to use the public restrooms. Unfortunately, I had driven over from Sonoma. Didn't know their current policy regarding the use of public restrooms. I quickly skimmed the fiction section and departed. Unfortunately, the store lost a sale as I was unable to browse any longer, for an obvious reason.

Hugh bookstore. Actually I only have Sonoma county to compare it too so. It doesn't have the cozy feeling of other book stores nearby, with it's big open ceiling, but it does have more books than one could want. Racks on racks of magazines, puzzles and toys as well as books. A large children's section with all the latest ready to make the Lil ones, "go the Fu*k to sleep" that's actually the title of a book so don't report me.

One of the few remaining book stores. I always spend longer here than I plan, because I find way more books that I want than I expect. Great local section, great maps section. Starbucks attached.

Still love the smell and sounds of a good book store, even though everyone is just reading on their phones these days, I still really enjoy the feel and texture of the real thing.

Older style Barnes and Noble in a downtown location. Nice selection but look for parking nearby or on the street.

This Barnes and Noble's shelves were chaotic, the books that were showcased were the older books in the series, for multiple authors. Also, there didn't seem to be any of the newer books on the shelves.

An amazing place to read, and eat! They also have the most perfect gifts for people there! They have a Starbucks there too!

I know that Barnes & Nobel help shut down mom and pop bookstores but I can't help to love them anyway. Easy to spend hours in there looking around. Never fails when I go in for a certain book that I come out with four or five. They have a pretty big kid section to help get your little one excited for reading. Just in case you get tired, there is a Starbucks inside the bookstore.

I love this place but I wish they had more places to sit even though they probably want u to buy the books and read them elsewhere.lol

Got my two books I'd buy every Christmas got them wrapped and grab the hot cocoa. Happy pleasant service every time.
