Barnes & Noble reviews
31My favorite bookstore but I can't find the book what I wanted and then I have to order from Amazon online
Best place to find book and other fun items. But other that that not much to say, it's just like other Barnes and Nobles
Bookstore date with myself. Chill spot to catch up on some good reads. Grab a tea and a snack from the cafe.
This is the second time in the past year I've had to look and hear a dog that wasn't a support animal inside the store. Where is management?
I called to inquire about a book, customer service over the phone was excellent. Lady was very knowledgeable about product.
Walked in today, straight to customer service, and the young lady was very helpful in locating what I was looking for.
I was looking for a book that I had seen on Amazon, let's just say of course Amazon wins more than $10 less than at Barnes and nobles
Very helpful gentleman at the door went all the way to help find some books for my niece, very happy about this place!
Lots of great books lots of great deals hard 4 me 2 go n always end up buying a book all ready have 3000 books stop the insanity n their customer service is always excellent
Only bookstore in the area. Starbucks inside there are a few scattered seats to sit and read. Parking available but part of an outdoor shopping center. I suggest going during the earlier part of the day as the parking can be a bit tight. They have most titles but willing to order what is not on the shelves. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of titles and games plus toys all for kids.
Awesome variety and enormous catalog of books. Although they didn't have the one I was looking for they were really kind and helpful.
Great bookstore with full cafe inside. The seating was good. Book selection is amazing along with online shopping. Be careful though because they will NOT match their online prices at the store level. My book was three dollars more if I picked it up at the store right now vs ordering it and picking it up later today.
They are so patient it's truly like a library they let you sit and read and the kids play and everyone is at peace with it.
Clean inviting store. Well layed out, plenty of parking and wonderful helpful sales people. They felt bad they didn't have what I was looking for.
This place is wonderful!
The employees are always willing to help, they just not point the way. They almost take you by the hand. Thanks guys!
I can never think or feel negative when visiting a Barnes and Noble. They're always stocked with exciting and enlightening reads. Though, I enjoy their service and purchasing goods, I can't say they are "The Most Extraordinary" establishment. However, this location has "The Most Wonderful" customer service associate. The simple things, such as the former, is what gets my repeat business. Thank you, B & N!
One of the few brick and mortar bookstores left. This one has reasonable parking, a decent coffee shop, and is pretty well run all around.
It's not the biggest and it's certainly not the most glamorous, but it's a solid example of a dying breed.
I give it a two star cause there's a cashier who is very rude to special kids. Doesn't know how to approach and very mean.
Barnes and Noble is a very stable part of my reading community. It is the best place to buy magazines just 2nd to a roadside newsstand. The coffee shop with its tables, chairs and positioning in the store makes for a great place to read and scan possible book purchases. I know I could order my books through amazon, but where's the fun in that? Human contact is where it's at.
