TL/DR In person they are arrogant and condescending. Their parts are farmed out to China and it seems that they're prepared to stand by the badly machined and manufactured parts rather than provide a quality product. I've been tuning and building fast Suzuki's for 40 years and they are the most consistently failing part of any build. Buy anything but Barnett clutches, any part! You can find cheaper and better quality with a simple Google search.
