We moved in the neighborhood recently so i figured i will give them a try. Been there a total of 3 times but it seems like there is always a problem.items are not cleaned well.stains appear that were not there before. I know that all items cant be cleaned but the biggest issue is the attitude of the employees and the owner.they just don't care and nothing is their fault.during my last visit i took them two brand new shirts, never worn, to be pressed for an event.both came back with a discoloration stain. Again, not their fault.stay away from them.they will ruin your cloths.

So bad! Took in ones my cloth there since they cloth to my house but they ruined it! Never again!

Very bad cleaners. We got an items cleaned there specificly for special event, and when i was getting ready i sat that item is discolored! Its ruined my mood and the event! I had to ware something else! Item is ruined! And this cleaners are so bad on taking any responsibility! Max they ready to do is to clean again but when item is damages thats it.you on your own. Stay away

This place don’t clean! Brought item, show specifically the stain from chocolate which is less than a day ago. They marked it. When I came to pick it up, stain still was there, but you can see that they washed the item. So it’s become more permanent. They gave me item with no comments that we did not clean it! Basically when you will see it at home or next time you will try to ware the item, there is a surprise for you of dirty cloth. So unprofessional!

Rude and not professional! Destroying clothes. I gave them jacket for dry cleaning and when I got it back I saw dry lines from water leaked on the sleeves! It’s suppose to be a dry cleaning but they washed it and leave marks. They takes no responsibility! Inspect your cloth when you pick it up if you really want to take it to them. But recommend you go somewhere else. There is so many good dry cleaning places.

I have been going there for 10 years. The service is great and they take good care of my cashmeres and pants. The tailor is good and always hem and repairs my clothing promptly and kindly. Great work!

Our family has been going here for 5+ years and have never been let down. I always get my items tailored here since they are the best! They tailored my jeans, dress length and coats length and sleeves tailored. They are always spot on with the measurements. I also appreciate the last minute presses and dry cleans being accepted. I don’t come here often as I have my to go to dry cleaners and tailors but the Mexican guy that works here is sometimes in a bad mood when it comes to tailoring he doesn’t want to get anything done for you it’s always like those pants are a great length when I know there not cause I am short he doesn’t seem very happy and friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you really need to but I don’t go anymore I would recommend cinema dry cleaners in Culver City it’s a great place and the staff are excellent! You won’t be disappointed!
