5They don't have very many Barre classes to select from a variety of times/days. Geared to stay home moms that don't have a career.
The owner of the studio (Natalie) is so kind and welcoming. My wife and I love getting our workout in on Saturday and then walking around the Farmers Market afterwards. Great location, great instructor, great energy!
Just wow! Amazing! Natalie is the best: professional, knowledgeable, fit-n-fun, makes sure you understand physical and mental awareness. All her choice words to keep you holding on for one more second. A happy BE morning greeting, laughs/pushes/educates the whole hour & a happy day to all after class. Just the way to start anyone’s day. Can’t wait to go back and give it my all!
Barre energy feels like my home away from home. As someone who recently moved to the area the owner, Natalie, made me feel right at home. The other clients were so welcoming. Natalie’s instruction is the best in the business. Class is always challenging, interesting, well choreographed and energizing. Truly my favorite place in Santa Rosa.
Barre energy is is a wonderful place where you are able to push yourself physically in a caring, loving and fun environment. Lisa and Natalie are amazing. This place is truly the best.
