The ladies at the desk are always very kind and so helpful when explaining the medicine. And the vet is absolutely amazing.
Been going here for the last year. And I don't plan on switching back to my old vet

They seriously gouge on the cost. Probably because it's the only available vet in Barstow. I used to get my dogs their rabbies shots for $11. This place charged me $25 plus a $3 disposal fee! If you're able to travel a ways, like to Victorville or Apple Valley, I would suggest you do that. Maybe other vets are charging comparable prices, but I would suggest checking into it before settling for Barstow Animal Hospital!

The ladies at Barstow Animal Hospital are all compassionate and caring professionals. We had a devastating situation, and they did their best to guide, assist, and help us through it.

It was good, gotta give a huge shout out to Rhea " sorry if spelt wrong" for taking care of my dog Duke. It wasn't pretty especially with stuff coming out of both ends but she did it. She helped so much and we appreciate it very much. From myself and my boy Duke we say THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Was sold $600+ worth of medication only for my dog to pass away 4 days later. Doctor was vague with diagnosis and is selective with their words to cover themselves. The staff is nice, but the head doctor just cares about making money up charging you for cheaper medication on chewy. They will blame you as the pet owner and just try to sell on random medication

Such caring and helpful staff. One young lady in particular went out of her way more than once for us.

About seven months ago they had to do surgery on shadow that's my 10 and a half year old pitbull welcome back last week to do is nails had to put him under he don't like his feet being touched excellent animal hospital girls are wonderful

Quick, accommodating, and the staff really listen. I bring my cat with me on work trips and was able to get in faster thzn my normal vet at home. Way better prices than my normal vet as well. I was honestly worried about medication availability, but they had everything my boy needed and more.

They saved my cats life the doctor knew what was wrong by holding him and she was right I've been to all the vets in Barstow this place is the best they also saved another cats life too

Earlier I called to make an appointment for my cat to get her spayed and the lady blantly hung up on me she answered very rudely then when I asked if I can make an appointment to get my cat spayed she hung up.

They are awsome they keeped my swiggles alive yesterday.but she passed away today 500 bucks later im broke and cant pay my electric bill this month ill catch up next month.

We took our 14 yr old cat in because we believed she was ready to cross the rainbow bridge. The doctor, attempting to meet our wants & needs, gave us our options, not pushing a particular one. When we choose to help her over the bridge every one was super nice & supportive. Afterwards the doctor said we had made the wisest decision.

This is my favorite animal hospital in Barstow. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only negative is the extras the Vet tries to add that aren't really necessary but up the ticket sale quite a bit but you have the option of saying no to these things if you see them as not needed, I'm sure that happens at most places as it's just business and they need to make a living as well.

My dog was bitten by something, what it was I’m not sure but I called 2 different vets and then called them and boy am I glad I did. They were honest and quick and didn’t fluff up things to get me to pay more. The staff were all nice and the vet was in my opinion perfect. Nobody likes having a freaked out customer but she listened to my concerns and reassured me that he should be good to go. Would definitely recommend taking any and all fur babies there!

Great people, fast service, thoughtful treatment keep Mr bringing my pets back. Staff is courteous and thorough.

I took lady biscuits here for her shots. Jazzs is very kind and helpful. They have great staff. Update I took her back to get fixed. She doing great and the same.she still has no off button.

Very, very busy. Wait time for even an appt seems to be at least an hour many times. However, they work hard on your pet's behalf as quickly as possible and provide good care. Gratefully, G. G. 's spokesperson.

My cat had to be euthanized, and they took his cage and put it in a room while I waited in the lobby. They were bringing all kinds of big dogs back and forth terrorizing my cat while he waited to get put to sleep. I saw all this as the door was opening and closing. My impression was that the staff was rather insensitive and only showed fake sympathy. They also referred to my cat as it instead of him. Crudely done.
