Bartlett Flowers & Gifts, Roseville CA

Visit about once every 2 weeks when walking about downtown Roseville. The place is unbelievable. They have some rare plants all in good health, succulents, cactus, pathos, and many others. They make flower arrangements with fresh cut flowers. Grest atmosphere and owners and employees.

Very nice, & cute shop, friendly, helpful staff and owner. Beautiful plants and flowers, everything looked very fresh and healthy and they were able to add to and quickly get ready a bouquet of flowers for my daughter. And she absolutely loved them and said it was one of the prettiest bouquets she's ever received! I will definitely shop here again when I need my next floral arrangement. They're conveniently located in downtown old Roseville, on Vernon St, a block or so from where the original post office used to be located. Parking for me was very easy - quick pull up at curb parking, but I don't expect I will always be that lucky because that area can be busy at times.

Just received a very nice phone call from the owner. I had a problem with one of the arrangements and she was very apologetic and has offered to deliver a new one. I know these things happen sometimes but how it is handled is what makes a good business great! We have received several incredible arrangements from this company. Over and above and above! Jennifer made an impossible delivery happen for me today! I ordered at 9: 30 am and needed a same day delivery during business hours to a business associate. It was a critical delivery for me. Tall order these days but to make the task even harder and I unknowingly gave her an old address but that didn't phase Jennifer after showing up to an abandoned building in Folsom she located the correct address, notified me of the change, and Jennifer deliver an exquisite succulent plant arrangement and the chocolates by 3: 30 pm. 10 stars! Thank you for your EXCELLENT service!

Bartlett Flowers & Gifts provides fantastic arrangements at reasonable prices. Tried this flower shop for Valentine's this year and needless to say I'll be back again! Great location in downtown Roseville with friendly staff and a great smelling shop!

I wanted to send an arrangement to one of my Besties that had just had surgery. I searched for a local florist in her town online. I saw that Bartlett had the highest reviews and that's who I chose. I'm thrilled I did! When my friend sent me a picture of her arrangement, OH MY GOSH! It was so beautiful! Exactly what I asked for! I wanted something bright, happy and cheerful. The arrangement was GORG! I can absolutely recommend Bartlett! You will be so happy if you do too!

We came into the flower shop on Tuesday night 10 minutes before closing, needing a wildflower bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, and a boutinere for my fiancé. I showed the owner a picture told her a price point and it was beyond what I imagined. She also rushed it because we were getting married that Saturday in Tahoe.

I had the great privilege of working here part time for a few years and now i own it. We have an ever changing inventory of fresh and unique floral products. Hello, I wanted to give a Huge Thank You to this Awesome Florist shop! It was my 4 Year Anniversary, for my Fiancée and I. I was already at work unfortunately, and couldn't call in for a flower arrangement earlier. Although, i still called and asked if they were making deliveries and unfortunately they weren't but Jennifer asked for my address anyway. I told her I didn't have a chance to look at the arrangements on their website, but I told her my Fiancée's favorite flowers. She told me to Trust her and she'll put together a mix for me, and she definitely came through. On top of that, she PERSONALLY delivered the flowers to our home, even though their delivery driver left hours ago. Selia (hope I spelled it correctly) finished writing everything up for me. She told me they would make sure to stay within my budget as well. Needless to say, my Fiancée absolutely loved the bouquet she received!

I'm in the pawn business, and I know customer service can be challenging, so I genuinely appreciate the customer service I was provided. Truly went above and beyond for me. 10 out 10 stars! My Fiancée and I, want to thank Jennifer, Selia and the whole shop! Highly recommend!
