Great customer service! My family loves the merchandise sold in this store. I have no idea what any of it means but I can always count on the sales / cashier to help me with all of my questions.

Purchased some sleeves, got shorted by a good amount. Called in for help 30 min after purchase and was told to call the manufacturer and that they couldn’t help me. Not really their fault but considering the value of the item is pretty low they could have done something to help, maybe sell me a new pack at a slight discount or just exchange what I purchased? Like I said overall not a giant deal but failed on the customer service side and I will just be going back to shopping online from now on.

Place is a Yu-Gi-Oh bastion of hope for the High Desert. Would be a perfect spot if shadowverse evolve came into play. Trying to find people to play up here is tough so I understand the hesitancy to stock it. There is a few players at Sevens but they haven't followed through.

Thanks for the cool serialized Mtg card, guys. Lights in your display cases would help a ton.

This place is just amazing; the staff is super nice, always wishing you the best of luck with your packs, and are willing to help with anything, and everything. I've never had a bad experience and I love to come back and see what's on the shelves: D

This is an establishment that I have been coming to since the early 90's I've seen many changes here. When I first walked into Baseball & Games I met Phill, the owner back in the early 90's and he was Absolutely Awesome he taught me a lot of what to look for in the trading card hobby, and I would go in there just to pick up a card, and end talking to Phill for hours, those were the day! I'm still coming to Baseball & Games even now. As a matter of fact I bought a Beautiful 2005 Bowman Chrome Blue Refractor Russ Martin #224 Auto PSA Mint 9 slab at a Super price! Just yesterday on Tuesday January 3rd, which brings me to the whole reason I'm writing this review. The young man by the Name Connor sold me this Beautiful Gem Of A card, and every time I walk into Baseball & Games he always gives me the warmest welcome! Always ready to help, very polite, has Exceptional Customer Relations! In short he is a Gem of an Employee a Great and Exceptional worker and Always a Complete pleasure to do business with. Connor is a Top Tier Sales Representative and a Great Asset to this Establishment which goes by the name Baseball & Games. So I just want to say thank you Connor for being you. I hope to be a patron of Baseball & Games for years to come.

Idk who the owner is. I know some of the staff are nice, patient and let you look to see what you want. They have some thing to collect for everyone, and torments which is really cool. I don’t know another store up here like it.
There was 1 man I didn’t really like. I came in at the last minute and he was like we are closing in 2 mins which was fine. But he didn’t say
“hey, Hello, how many help you? ”
So which was kinda a rude thing to me and makes me seem like they don’t put there fourth effort to be good and help the customer. It was just 1 guy. The rest of the staff are pretty nice they greet you coming in and they greet you coming out. So over I’d rate a 4 I would do5 but just because the one hiccup I had, all he had to do was say
“ Hello, how was your day? , and just a heads up we do close in 5mins! ”
But you never know people couldn’t be having a bad day. But 4 Star Overall store is nice clean and organized.
