Baseline Dental is the best dentist in the inland empire. The staff is consistently kind and professional. They are very warm, caring and accommodating. I have been going here for 30+ years and I trust this dentist/orthodontist wholeheartedly. Dr. Buck gave me root canal that was virtually pain free! I was afraid but he made it so much easier. My 75 year old mom who hasn't been to the dentist in several years finally visited the dentist to take care of some tooth issues and get a cleaning. I convinced her to go, that she would be well taken care of and have nothing to worry about. She took my advice and came out a very happy camper! She said she didn't feel any pain from Dr. Hernandez and the deep teeth cleaning Brittany performed was pain free as well. She was expecting a lot of pain since it had been a long time, but no she was ok! I have Heidi for a hygienist and she is so caring and gentle! She is very personable with her patients and attention to detail. I think of Heidi as a friend, when I see her I feel very comfortable and relaxed! The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest! Susan, Kate, Gail and Kris are super polite! Baseline Dental is the dream team and like a 2nd family to our family and I highly recommend them! Raving fans for life! Thank you Baseline Dental!

My daughter has been going to this dentist for years. During a conversation on the phone Dr. Maurice Firouz stated he would charge $3000 for the invisalign at the time my exhubby and I did not have dental insurance to cover it.
Last month, it came to my attention his dental insurance would cover the cost. Dr. Maurice Firouz and Gail changed the cost to $3,600. On the initial contract I wrote notes in my handwriting on the contract. Dr. Firouz knew what he told my ex hubby and me on the phone, and what cost he quoted my daughter and me in person.
Dr. Maurice Firouz and Gail are dishonest and I will not subject my daughter and myself to be con out of an additional $600.
The original contact which has my handwriting on the contract had notes I wrote because Gail came to me acting shady. Very dishost practice.
We are not planning on returning, and I would like a copy of the contract with my hand writing on it.
Please be be careful dealing with these two. Luckily I wrote in my handwriting the cost on the contract above my signatures.

*Edit* Simone has moved on, but the same can be said for Brittany. She’s a wonderful hygienist that we look forward to seeing each time.

I’m a new patient of 2 months and they greet me by name already. They accommodate quick appointments. The staff is so friendly and they know what their stuff. The doctors are so gentle and knowledgeable. It makes me feel at ease.

I've been going to Baseline Dental for a few years now. I first started going when I had an issue with one of my teeth. I called and spoke with Gail who was so helpful with answering all of my questions. The office staff and hygienists are always friendly and even make my kids feel comfortable when going to the dentist.

Everyone at Baseline Dental is over the top, never waited more than 5mins, that is unheard of in the medical world. Prices are always very fair and they use your insurance to the fullest. They should be the model for the industry. Keep up the great work.

The entire Baseline team seemed dedicated to making my dental experience as nice as possible. From start to finish I was treated with genuine care and respect. Teresa, my dental assistant, was skillful and cheery! Dr. Buck was skilled, professional and honest. All of the staff were helpful. I can't imagine a dental experience that would be any better than my experience at Baseline Dental.

I have been a patient at Baseline Dental for over 25 years. I have had everything from braces, fillings, and cleanings. Dr. Buck and Dr. Hernandez are honest and provide the best service. The office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like family. If you have insurance questions ask the office manager Gail, she will help you out. I cannot recommended them more highly.

As much as I hate dentists I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing Baseline dental is. I needed an emergency dentist open on Saturdays and they completely met that need. Dr. Buck got me out of pain and fixed everything for me a few days later. It is so convenient because they are near me. So glad I found a grear dentist so close to home. Thanks! Who knows? Maybe next time I will even come in before somethjng hurts.

Just recently have gone back to Baseline and started going there since the 90’s with my children. My sons still go there. Everyone is friendly and always greeted with a smile. It was very nice to see Teresa is still working there, she was the first encounters my sons and I had and always made us feel comfortable and reduced anxiety whatever the procedures are.
Dr Buck was very nice and did his best to make my procedure less painful as possible. I was glad to see that Dr Frouze is still there and I will be seeing him soon.

Baseline Dental is incredible! Everyone is so kind and professional. My dentist was my dad growing up, so I needed to find a new dentist after he retired last year. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Buck and Dr. Hernandez. They are truly amazing, honest, and care about your overall wellbeing. Dr. Buck did a couple of fillings for me and I need to go back soon to have an implant placed. I also had a cleaning with one of the hygienists, Mary. She was very gentle, but thorough and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front office were also very friendly and made checking in/checking out smooth and efficient. I will definitely be recommending the rest of my family to Baseline Dental, as well!
