Very honest the person. I came here just by driving by cause I needed a smog check and I really liked it. He said why pay for something you dont need let me check what's wrong with it then I'll tell you what you need and it was just a change of oil. Fair prices highly recommend this place

Hanok is one of the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever met I've taken my cars there for years he is always been honest and straight up with what needs to be done. An example of this is I was having an issue with one of my cars, a starting issue the battery tested a little low so we replaced it everything was fine a few days later happened again. I took it back and Hanok found out it was the starter. He told me that he still had my old battery and that he can put it back in and it should give me another few months of life. Hanock refunded my money for the new battery instead of doing what most mechanics would have done and just simply said "oh your starter is going out also"and not have returned my old battery. This in itself is a prime example of how honest Hanok is when I know for a fact others would have took advantage of the situation. I highly recommend him and have to all my family and friends!

I was quoted a fair price and when I returned to pick up my car, everything was fixed on time and there were no surprises. They went WAY beyond what was expected. Basic Auto Repair is the place you'll want to take your car to. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

I've been going to Basic Auto for year's. They are trustworthy, customer oriented, friendly and courteous. Because of this they are also very busy and hard to make contact. That's the down side.

First time customer i was recommended by a friend. Brought my car in for a starter after AAA told me my battery was fine, but my starter was shot. WRONG! Henok called almost immediately to let me know my starter was fine, it was my battery. Fast, honest and fair. Definitely my new mechanic.
