Our fav place for a ice cream stop. We love their Oreo cookie and cream, so tasty and their waffles are fresh and crispy.

I ordered a strawberry shake and the staff gave me a chocolate shake I told them I ordered the strawberry shake the staff said I order chocolate I don't understand why and she didn't give me the invoice before it let me can check.

I am no longer going to any Baskin Robbins. I learned BR will serve you a kiddie scoop when you order a banana royale, a hot fudge sundae, etc. Who wants to pay $7.00 for a small size cup. They are price gouging the customers. I went to Foster Freeze instead.

They weren’t wearing their masks or gloves and were breathing all over the ice cream, made me not want to eat it anymore and just leave. Lots of attitude. The scoops were weak, paid for a standard and it’s more like a kids.

Very friendly service. They immediately offered us samples. Came in on 31st for promo and walked away thinking "worth the calories. "

The younger lady working today, 7/31 @ 430p was rude to my kids, nieces, and nephews. The kids weren't doing anything wrong. They were simply asking to try a sample. A sample not multiple samples. If you don't want to provide samples then please don't have it available. Even if you feel overwhelmed because more customers come in after we got there, you should still be polite and address the adults not the kids. We are also customers like everyone else and we deserve respect like everyone else. To the manager or owner of this location, please provide better training and staffing especially on special discount days. Thank you.

The line was long and there were only a few tables inside, not enough for my family of 5 to sit.

The ice cream was good, the experience, not so much.

I don't like it when the employees stand in front of the scale when weighing hand packed ice cream. All of the employees do it on purpose. All of the employees at the Baskin-Robbins on Mowry Ave in Fremont always stand to the side so that the customers can see the weight scale when they're hand packing ice cream. The employees at the Baskin-Robbins on Jacklin Rd don't let you see the weigh scale.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING ICE CREAM AND CAKES AT THIS SAME LOCATION SINCE 1906. I LOVE EVERY SECOND AND EVERY MINUTE EVERY TIME I VISIT.

Walked in to get an ice-cream cake for a while birthday. In and back out quickly with a good ice-cream cake.

I was very disappointed that they had nothing without dairy except for daiquiri ice. Otherwise fairly good selection. It would be nice if they had at least a couple of things for people who cannot have milk!

A very nice Baskin Robin's shop very friendly staff specialy one girl I don't know her name but she was a slim girl.
She helped us alot with choosing the ice cream cake. She was the best

Pricey for a scoop, but hey it's 2018.whatcha gonna do. Maybe put a little in the cone Other than that, many delicious flavors

Nice store in a convenient shopping center. Lots of parking, quick checkout, friendly customer service. Got a milkshake that was just the right combination:)

Good place for a late night snack run!

Very rude, the app didn't work so they were not able to redeem. They prefered trashing the ice cream. Really sick! No respect for customer, no respect for food. I used to visit this place frequently as its convienent, but now m done with it forever! You are a shame to the brand!

Fast and courteous service, great prices for both cones and comtainers, excellent selections. I especially love that the ice cream doesn't immediately melt, like places such as Cold Stone.

Me and my family got there at 9: 30pm for some dessert after graduation. They associates were very rude and didn't like it a big group. We all decided to get a cake and cut it and eat there since home was not close by. The whole time the associates has an attitude with us. Would not be coming back to this Baskin Robbins.

Had to get a last minute ice cream cake. They were very helpful, even though I was asking for a lot and could have ordered the cake the day before.

Return visits have been fast and polite.

I liked this store because it is clean employees are friendly and the product is very good i love to go and have ice cream twice a week.
