Baskin-Robbins, Oceanside CA

I went into the Coast Hwy location and was immediately greeted with a racially motivated comment from the employee. Today the weather is cold rain is on the way my nephew and myself were both wearing hoodies and she asked if we're going to rob her because we fit the description. I kept my cool and refrained for commenting something back as I was still in disbelief of what was just said to me.

Buyer Beware.
I used my credit card and the cashier took a 30% tip ($7.18) off my card without my permission. She told me I didn't need to press anything or sign and to just remove my card. I did not review my receipt until I got home. The receipt states that I agreed to all of the above charges. I did NOT.

My $26.51 total for the ice cream came to a 35.68 credit charge.
I will be taking my frozen cravings elsewhere. Bye-bye.

So many choices, very friendly staff. Everything is clean but may have seen a few too many years, as in it looked exactly as my last visit at least eight years ago.

Ordered a pie for a birthday sepent out of town. They allowed us to eat in store gave plates and utensils.even cut it for us. Great service

Thank God there is still a Baskin-Robbins in the neighborhood. For every special occasion I get my family a grasshopper pie. It has been my husband's favorite since he was a child. Grasshopper pies are magic. Everyone that has ever helped me a Baskin-Robbins has been perfectly polite and delightful. I hope that this Baskin-Robbins sticks around so my kid can buy grasshopper pies for his family too.

They carried the delicious caramel macchiato flavor and the no sugar added caramel truffle. Thank you!

I love all the girls who work there but “Ashley” she is my favorite and my daughter loves her too” very bubbly, friends and great with kids. I give this girl 5 stars

Friendly service! A wide variety of ice cream flavors and products to choose from. Our favorite are the super milkshakes!

Very clean, love the ice cream. Very friendly staff, really made it a great experience after a rough day.

I gave it a 1 star for the owner. He's really rude and could care less if you were there. I was quoted one price for my daughter's cake and when I got there it was almost double. Not okay! He stated it's because they quoted me wrong. I had even double checked the price when they called to tell me it was ready. Ugh!

Great tasting ice cream & toppings. Service was excellent! I believe the young woman's (who helped me) name is Kacie. She was very professional. She was helping multiple of us customers at the same time. She was very pleasant and informative (based on her experience) of the flavors of ice cream and even helped me with sides to bring home to my son. Thanks again Kacie!
Also, the gentleman that I just spoke with (to ask for females name) was very kind as well. Great establishment all around! Highly recommended from my son and I.
