This location needs help they have a name to uphold.might have been family or friends sitting around like at home.it's a business not a club house.felt rushed the girl would say "Is that it" After every word very annoying they need better Customer service etiquette.

Went to the highland basking Robbins for ice cream at 8: 30 am.not knowing the opening hrs and it was closed. I was a bit disappointed and was heading back to my car when I heard someone saying, good morning did you want to buy ice cream. This just made my day because at home I have my daughter and my 2 grandkids waiting for ice cream. What great service by Nancy with a great big smile.

After a long day came here to get some ice cream with my partner and as soon as we walked in we weren’t greeted the guy working had his friends sitting by the counter and was talking to them after we approached the counter he walked over and didn’t say a word just expected us to start ordering now even a greeting or anything then had no mask on during a mask mandate and also no gloves on when getting the ice cream and also long hair no hairnet or anything asked for bananas on ice cream and cut them way to big just no care in the world no uniform on or anything just basketball shorts and a t-shirt, least the management can do is care but seem like they don’t.would give 0 starts but i don’t have a option for that.

The young girl who was working tonight was soooooo lazy. No hello, thanks or good bye. Just a dead stare, no communication from her at all. Scooping a nice full & round serving of ice cream requires a modicum of effort and was much to difficult for her.

So, we received 2 partial scoops instead and when we requested whip cream topping.it arrived just after flowing past her ungloved finger tip. Let's hope she washed her hands at some point in the recent past.

I had two bad experiences here. The last one was just now. They tried to put 3 hour old hot fudge on my two scoops with a spoon.they do not care about their customers.if you go the watch them carefully.just a word of advice

Doordash orders are very simple. Makes no sense i order charge the card goodbye. If you covered up the guest milkshakes are drinks better we would not have any issues.
