Great looking store, always clean and always stocked with beautiful cakes. Best ice cream flavors!

Check your receipts for extra charges! I was charged “1 local item fee $1. ” When I asked the manager what it was for he said, “for the cone. ” Mind you, I got 3 separate single scoops on cake cones. No other BR that I’ve been to does this.

By far one of the nastiest places to get your ice cream from. The employee who was helping my wife and I, was adjusting her hair and scratching the back of her head and neck as she was sweating. You could literally see the ice cream smudges sticking to her hair. The girl gave us attitude after I called her out on it and kindly asked to wash her hands before continuing our order. After the owner came in from smoking his cigarette he came to “solve” the problem and told the girl to help another customer without telling her to wash her hands and started helping us without washing his hands either after coming in from the back. By far the dirtiest and most disrespectful place we have gone to. Never coming to this location again!

My only problem is the owner. He smokes and doesn't wash his hands before handling food.

Poor customer service. It’s understandable some hours it may be busy however employees much rather ignore the customer rather than acknowledge the fact that there’s a long wait. Had to leave 3 cakes I was going to purchase just because after 10 minutes of waiting the only employee working was ignoring all customers entering the store.

One of, if not THEE cleanest and nicest in the L. A. Southbay Area! Ice cream cake headquarters.
