13Big reason I’m with Bass. Easy to be seen. Testing facilities all there. Dr Warren is great. I no longer wrestle with my primary Dr and scheduling same days which are near impossible. This is a jewel for Bass.
I can always get seen very quickly, the staff and the doctors are always very efficient and kind, I am very thankful to have this Bass urgent care close to our home.

Everything from scheduling to be seeing by the doctor was so seamless. And everybody was so nice! Went from doctor to imagine for an X-ray and then back to see the doctor. I was in and out in an hour. I thought that was pretty good!

I was able to make an appt the same morning for my daughter at Bass. The urgent care staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Warren has seen us on a few occasions and takes great care of our family each visit. My wife called at 1: 30 and made an appointment at 2: 45 pm. Dr Joe and Dr Dee evaluated her for a painful arm strain. Both were very thorough in their diagnosis. She had tendonitis. They gave us three options, one was a cortisone shot which he felt would alleviate the pain. Both Dr Joe and Dr Dee were compassionate, took there time with us. Excellent doctors
I went in for strained muscles in my neck. Everyone was cheery and helpful. The Doc had already looked at my history and saw I have whiplash from accident in March. He wrote a prescription for a muscle relaxant which will extremely help. I live in New England and was impressed with the Doc having already looked at my history. Very professional, courteous, and empathetic. Thanks
