Kathryn, Kylie, Jay, and Lexie were extremely helpful in selecting furniture for my living room, they came to my house and measured the living space and made a presentation to show me all of my different options. Kathryn and Kylie were so personable, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. I definitely recommend them for your furniture and design needs.

Our purchase was of a beautiful dining table and 4 chairs. Our sales person was helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. Delivery was as promised. And we are again very pleased with the quality of Bassett furniture.

My recent experience at Bassett was outstanding in every way. I was greeted warmly by Jennifer Chamberlain, a Design Coordinator, who listened to my needs and challenges in furnishing a smaller condominium living room. She was knowledgeable in guiding me through the whole selection process, from couch and chair to lovely area rugs.

Bassett goes an extra step and also offers an in home consultation. Design Specialist Kylie Zielinski accompanied Jennifer to my home, took measurements and designed a plan. This was important, because I ended up buying a slightly smaller couch to allow for a comfortable, spacious living area.

I can speak to the quality of Bassett's furniture, because I bought my current couch and chair there almost 20 years ago. They have held up beautifully and are going to happy young family members.

The delivery man, Juan, was of great help to us upon delivery. He throughly explained how to clean and care for our new furniture; and how the controls worked. They also carefully moved the new furniture around to exactly where we wanted it.jrl
