Recently ordered 1000 mealworms and they arrived healthy and alive. Some were starting to turn into beetles which is great since I’m starting a mealworm farm to help feed my lizards but only 3 which isn’t bad at all. Definitely will order again eventually

500ct crickets arrived dehydrated, lost 40% in 24 hours, nothing in box for hydration (potato slices)

Do NOT order from this place. I ordered 1000 crickets and they sent me less than 1000 and there were giant spiders at least 15 in with the crickets, some sort of larvae, and flying bugs! Complete waste of time and money

My sister order 2100 mealworms for me as a birthday present for may lizards. I was so excited for them to arrive. Out of the 2100 there might be 100 live. Do not buy from them.

Terrible! $28.99 for1000 small crickets, they were packages poorly, the box arrived totally empty! Not one cricket! Box was not labeled "LIVE" and they will not answer any correspondence! DO NOT USE THEM!

As I’ve been ordering mealworms for quite some time, this is a great company. The worms are good quality and customer service is excellent. I order 2,100 mealworms via Amazon. Once it ships, I copy the tracking number given on Amazon, then go to USPS tracking and enter the number and set up text updates so I know when it’s coming. Be mindful. This is a live delivery and you must be vigilant, folks. Bassetts is the best company I’ve found thus far. Two thumbs up!

As others have said place is a rip off. I ordered 4000 live mealworms, but did not receive them. I messaged them and a few days later received a reply that they would send a replacement. I asked for shipping verification and a date I would receive them. I was told they were processed for immediate shipping. Over 2 weeks later still no package or shipping info. I messaged back with no reply. Would give a zero rating if possible

Will not buy from them again. If I could give zero stars I would. Bought 250 crickets, there were only five alive when delivered. Paid for expedited arrival and still took a week to get to me, does not ship same day like the site says my package was shipped three days after my purchase. There were other insects in the box as well, what looked like some small beetles and a large spider. Ordered the medium crickets and they were rather small, smaller than other pet stores in the area. Waste of money especially with the extra money for faster delivery, I will be buying from some where else from now on.

Well I ordered 1000 meal worms. Recieved them and 10 were alive. I've emailed and called Left voice-mail and no one has responded. So now I'm out 27 bucks and still had to go buy them at the local pet store. Place is a joke and I don't recommend ordering anything from them unless your local to them. What makes me more mad is they came highly recommended from a close friend.
