Went on a weekday during lunch. Pastries looked amazing on the display. Only got one croissant to try, and it was deliciously flaky and buttery. Was hoping to get a sourdough loaf but was told loaves are only available during weekends.

Get the pistachio croissant. It’s the only one I tried but definitely won’t be the last. $6.50 was worth it for that filling snack. The seller was really friendly, too.

A good bread, more if you accompany it with a coffee.

Real butter? Check. Gorgeous presentation? Check.
Bastion is amazing. I had their raspberry danish. I’ve never had one better. A healthy quantity of berries, practically a pint. Layered on top of the most delightful, moist danish pastry. Not too sweet. Oh just right.
