I love this location. It's very clean and well organized. Recently I went in this location for mother's day gifts. I was very pleased that I quickly found the perfect gifts but also that they had every register open. Being able to get in and get out fast was important to me. Great service which makes me feel comfortable with returning for future purchases.

As always I was meet at the door with a friendly smile and a helpful Bth&BdyWrks team member that was able to answer questions help out and suggest fragrances, I don't know her name but she is currently sporting deep dark long blue hair and a brown skin smile.she makes shopping there Fun!
It's been 5 years since I visited the bath and body works store. It was great to get back in there and find that there is still great customer service out there and they have some really awesome items.
Wish there was more variety.smaller store.lots of clearance. Many products sticky or leaking. Now I get the sink in the middle of the store.
Nice but the products contain coumarin which is toxic so I ended up not buying anything: (I'll look for another brand
Really nice, helpful staff but a bit of chaos going on. I've gone in twice within the past year and BOTH times they were having computer issues and online orders were super delayed. Very disappointing.
Stopped by this Bath & Body Works store after dinner and a long day at Cedar Sinai. The employees at this store are the MOST uplifting, friendly and welcoming associates! The BEST in the business! Unfortunately, I cannot remember their names, but they were working Monday, November 1st closing.
Fantabulous store layout and crew. Just happen to stroll in on the day the semi-annual clearance sale was going on and boy were we happy. Brought a friend who had never been there! She lost her mind (me too). This is a great place to shop, browse, try out lotions, hand wash and scents. Go see for yourself and leave your inhibitions at home!
