Employees are super kind and helpful in helping you find your scents and preferences. I don’t visit often but it is always a pleasure when I do. Thanks for helping me out!

A bit rude as this location. They watched me and another customer walk to the door and pull on it. There were several workers in there that could of simply said sorry we are closed but instead they just looked out at us stared us in the eyes and rolled there eyes and went back to working. I know you probably dont want to be at work setting up displays but dont be rude and take it out on other people.

This place is pretty unorganized since I called in for ready to pick up. They stated the order is ready and when I arrived they saids “it’s not ready “ using her careless expressions. Then I proceed to wait another 20 min when they stated waiting 10 minute for them to prep. When it was ready packaged, no one came up to notify me And the bag was left there. Like if it an order is not ready for pickup please don’t give us a false answer because when we are ready to pick up meaning it should be a time saving process. Otherwise, purchasing at the store would be much faster.

I am rating a 5 because this new guy helped me with selecting products and prices etc. He was very nice. I bought butterfly lotion, body soap, & spray! I thought I could use my birthday coupon on this antibacterial which I was going get but the coupon said under 7.50 and the product was 6.50, and was suppose be handcare. Which seemed that was handcare. But birthday? Coupon was for hand cream or something. I couldn't find the hand cream kept asking the cashier seemed irritated I couldn't find it and she just pointed 3 ft in front of her. I could of hand a retina problem or problem with my eyesight, no one really knows! And she was like that. I'm not sure why I couldn't see it. Didn't even wish me happy birthday? , and It would have been helpful to show me, not just point to the carousal. So since she wouldn't help me I went back to the guy that helped me, and he showed me exactly what I needed. I also got a weird vibe from manager walking out, because going all the way to ask the guy to help me in the entrance. She smiled but didn't seem genuine! Anyways I think I'll buy online. Good luck to the guy that helped me! Thank you!

Got my one time shopping done. Always nice to go there. Employees are always nice and helpful.

Surrounded by a lot of good shops. The staff is not friendly and they don't great or make eye contact.

Horrible customer service! Lady “rang” me up for a online purchase and she had a disgusting attitude. Shes lucky i had errands to attend to!

I love BBW! I would buy the whole store if I could lol. I just don't like that the employees check on you as soon as you walk in and follow you around. They remind me of car salesmen!

They never explain how to use your rewards until after the transaction. They ask for your phone number but that's not to use rewards. They're so pleasant when you walk in but cashiers not so much.

Miss being able to test scents, but covid is a real threat so I deal with it. Order online and store pick up is great.sale price without shipping cost and social distancing, win/win.

I appreciate the effort all the employees gave when we visited. I found what I was looking for and more with their help. Everyone was so polite and made our experience smoother since I had kiddos with me.

This store is an awesome store, I've been to about a dozen different locations. The size, the staff, and the presentation of the store. It stands above the rest.

Typical guy I go here almost last minute before Valentine's day. Because of Covid-19 I had to wait about 10 minutes to be able to go in and shop. Not to bad really. Once inside the staff offered great recommendations based on my description of favorite fragrances.

A very nice store that carry a wide selection of scented products for your home, bath room and your car! Love this store. Beware of a wait to get into the store due to the Covid.
