Bath & Body Works, Pico Rivera CA

Our house smells like this place, I wonder if it’s because it’s one of my wife and daughter’s favorite stores.
They buy hand soap, candles, body wash, perfumes, and even car air freshener here.
I personally like the aromatherapy body lotion because of its scent.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need assistance finding the right product, they’ll be happy to make a recommendation.

Though the store itself looks a little small from the outside, it goes quite deep and has a lot to offer! There's the usual sinks where you can test out soaps, and lots of testers. The staff was very attentive and helpful.
As of February 2023, I was the only one wearing a mask, but maybe people did that to smell the candles (the trick to smelling things while wearing a mask is to hold it near your eyes! Works like a charm, pro tip).
I feel like there's always a good sale happening there, so drop in and see!

The customer service was perfect! All the sale associates are so friendly and very helpful! I love that they have plenty of items in stock and easy to find!

Great customer service walked in that day had a hard time for our senior for the gentleman that was up in the front directing us I asked him if he can help me with my app he was very helpful very patient with me directed me to the sale items walked out spending $64 but happy with what I bought for Christmas for family members happy holidays

Vanessa has really good customer service, she knows her stuff, she recommended me really good body sprays and helped my wife with some good body sprays.

I absolutely love this location the staff are always very pleasant to talk to and keep me up-to-date with the new sales. I went in for the father's day sale they had on today can't beat the prices.

I wasn’t welcomed in from the start. Only “service” I was given was with the employee’s eyes. Especially when I got to the products up close to the front. Was I all of sudden welcomed by biggie smalls, white twin. As she stood there just looking at me close by the door. Never have I felt just disrespect in one of these stores.

Hands down the best might be smaller than other bath & body works but their associates and customer service was on point super friendly super helpful

They have everything on sale except for the one scent that I like, Eucalyptus Spearmint. If you get sale items, then the price is good. But the one I like is never on sale so it's pretty expensive.

Ughhh made it here at bath and body at 7: 30 and they close at 9 I made it but there was a line but they didn't let me wait in it

I loved the customer service at this store! I took my mom and cousinf and It was their first time. My mom didn't know what to get but the workers were very helpful and I really appreciate that they were bilingual in Spanish and English great job guys!

Great customer service! The girls are always sincere and they know their product. I know safety is #1. I hear a lot of customers complain that they can’t smell. I can smell everything in that store with my mask on. What’s their excuse. There’s a lot of ppl who make a big deal about not having testers. I don’t mind. It keeps us safe and the associates as well. Keep doing a great job pico! No matter what! Thank you.
