I love this store. I normally go to the one in Otay Ranch, Chula Vista. But the service is great in all of their stores

Well stocked! Customer Service representation wasn't there. There were three girls standing around at the door and it felt like I was being pounced upon.

I was a little perturbed that they only had one cashier. So many Associates on the floor and no help at the cash registers where there clearly was a line.

I've been coming here off and on for many years. They're always very nice and friendly. And is a nice example of their store.

I love the brand but this store is on the smaller side and just too jam packed. You can't easily move around even if there are only a few other customers. The staff is always friendly and helpful though.

I came into the store around 6ish and loved the staff. Claire (I think that was her name) was so friendly and so nice to help me pick a candle for my mom! I don’t usually write reviews but working in retail, I know the importance of a good review and I felt like the team deserved one. Great job you guys!

The setup was really clean at the store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. Almost ever time I go to Bath and Body they have some sort of sale happening. Line took no time at all. And one of the sales associates Valeria helped me with any questions I had.

If u wanna smell pretty n feel pretty, very good choice. There's scents 4 men as well as subtle candle aromas.

Pleasing and colorful environment. So clean and organized. Staffs were also very friendly. Those soy base wax candles with so many flavors or fragrances on the shelves caught my eyes.
