Great experience exchanging products I was given as a gift but did not like the fragarence. The staff is really helpful. Rachel is a great manager. One of the employees even gave treats to my dog.

Everyone was very friendly, they were constantly restocking the shelves, it was during their soap extravaganza. Left off one star because they didn't have all the scents I wanted and some of the soaps were featured online but not in store.

Love checking out the new scents here. The staff is always excitedto share and let you know what their favorite scents are and see if you like it. Makes it fun. Though I can't believe how expensive stuff is there now.

Too expensive, and they never carry the older scents. All they have is Japanese cherry blossom.

I LOVE going there. I Love everything they sell and it's a pleasure to be received like they do.

It was 8: 45pm on a wed and the doors were locked and they aren't supposed to close till 9pm and not just us but another couple also was not to happy as the employee just kept walking to the back not very professional

Great service and so much inventory! I prefer this location then any of the BBW mall locations because it isn't as busy which means for of a selection! The woman at the door greeted me and was very helpful. I always pick up a Japanese Cherry Blossom body mist which was out on the shelf but the lady checked the back and got me one! I picked up a few other things as well but I was very happy and I will continue to come to this Bath and Body works location! Thanks

Very nice service. But they have very simple choices. Hopefully they can add more high quality stuff for daily use. Especially for men. For hair. For skin. For sports. For perfume. For anything I cannot find in any other store.

They had everything wanted
and more. Not crowded they are only letting 12 people in at a time.

They are actively maintaining safety procedures. Limiting # of patrons in store, cleaning etc. Can't beat their products and always offer some sort of discount.

I am fascinated by the luxury attention all the girls who work there are super friendly and have the aromas before entering to enter and make the purchase faster

We had to wait in a long line, but they ran it very smoothly. Customer service was very nice. If you told them what you wanted they would gather it up and have it at the register for you, all bagged up. Which made it really nice.

I've been going here for years. I love the manager she is awesome. But sometimes the stock is low because the sell out quickly.
